The episode begins with Anjali requesting the judge to grant her another date for further arguments. The judge agrees to her request. As the court session is dismissed, everyone starts leaving. Aman thinks to himself that he can’t go against his wife in his very first case. Anjali, still in shock, tells Gini that she didn’t even know Aman was a lawyer, and she can’t understand how he agreed to stand against her in court. Confused and hurt, Anjali leaves the courtroom.
Meanwhile, Aman searches for Anjali. When he finds her, he holds her hand and asks her to listen to him once. Anjali immediately pulls her hand away and reminds him that it’s inappropriate to touch an advocate in court. Aman insists that he’s her husband, but Anjali coldly responds that, in this moment, he is just her opponent lawyer—nothing more. He pleads for a chance to explain, but she refuses and accuses him of being just like his father. She says he never told her that he was a registered advocate and calls him a liar for hiding the truth. Aman tries to clarify that it’s all a misunderstanding, but Anjali doesn’t accept his explanation. She declares that he’s a deceiver just like Raghav and says that it’s in his blood to betray people. When Aman insists that he didn’t know it was her case, Anjali refuses to believe him and accuses him of lying.
Aman says that she’s insulting him, but Anjali counters that he has made a joke of their relationship in court. He says he only came to take her home, but she firmly refuses to go with him, saying he is just an opposing lawyer to her now. At this moment, Abhay arrives and overhears their argument. Anjali turns to Aman and says he will lose the case, and she will ensure Gini gets her rights. She vows to make Abhay accept Gini as his wife—that’s her challenge. Aman pleads with her to hear him out, but Anjali says his family threw her sister out of the house at midnight. She reminds him that he had sent her a lehenga and tried to act normal, but she now knows that Gini wouldn’t have been thrown out without his knowledge. She says she will defeat the Rajputs.
Gini then asks Anjali if she is ruining her own relationship for her sake. Anjali replies that Aman has proved he is Raghav’s son and tells him that she will never return to his house. Aman asks if that is her final decision, and Anjali says yes—it is. She tells him he’s just a lawyer to her now and advises him to go learn law properly, adding that his father has already lost a case against her. Aman tries once more to make her listen, but she ignores him. He tells her to get ready to come home, but she says she regrets marrying him and walks away with Gini.
Later, Raghav arrives and asks Aman why he didn’t stop Anjali. Aman explains that she misunderstood him and left. Raghav says that Anjali’s pride is speaking and she needs to be taught a lesson. He tells Aman to win the case and make her realize her mistake. Aman responds that he doesn’t want to go against Anjali in Gini’s case and that he only took the case because he didn’t know it was related to Abhay. He confesses that he loves Anjali. Raghav questions whether he also loves his family. He then says he will accept Anjali as his daughter-in-law if Aman wins the case and asks him to consider it a request. Raghav folds his hands before Aman.
Aman asks if they can bring Anjali home that evening. Raghav replies that they can try, but he is certain she won’t come. He adds that if Gini returns, Anjali cannot, as only one of them will be accepted—so Aman must choose. He tells Aman that he must win the case; otherwise, people will say he lost his first case to his own wife. He urges Aman to prove himself and walks away.
Abhay then approaches Aman and begs him to win the case. He promises to fall at Gini’s feet if needed to bring her back. Aman asks if he will truly bring Gini home, and Abhay promises he will. Raghav, watching from a distance, thinks to himself, “I will win this war, Anjali.”
Meanwhile, Anjali and Gini return home. Sapna questions them about what happened in court. Gini replies that Anjali asked for another date. Sapna is shocked and asks why Anjali didn’t tell the judge how Gini was insulted. She wants to know if Raghav is her opponent. Anjali answers, “No.” Sapna then calls Ganesh and tells him everything. Ganesh asks Anjali who her opposing lawyer is. Anjali responds, “You’ll be shocked to know. My mangalsutra and sindoor now feel like a lie.”
