Deepak says that Anjali has discovered their pacemaker and fake medicine business being run in the hospital. Dharamraj asks Deepak to escape from the hospital and come to his godown. Deepak agrees and leaves.
Dharamraj then asks Prakash to kill Deepak when he arrives at the godown. Prakash agrees and leaves.
Prakash and his goons stop Deepak on the way. Deepak realizes that they have come to kill him and tries to escape. However, Prakash catches him and stabs him in the back before leaving the scene.
Pankaj receives a call and is shocked. Ved asks him what happened, and Pankaj explains the situation. Ved calls Aarti and asks her to come to the location. He tells Pankaj that Aarti will cover the news and that they should head there. Aarti agrees.
Pankaj asks the police to take the dead body into custody. He tells the patient’s family that the patient died due to fake medicine, so they are taking the body for forensic examination.
Anjali tells Padma that Dharamraj will now face punishment for his crimes.
Abhay looks at Aman’s photo and recalls Aman and Anjali’s love story and the events of the past. He asks Aman to guide him on what to do.
Raghav approaches Abhay and asks him to punish Gini. He says that Gini has tried to kill Anjali multiple times, even today. Raghav adds that he will go to court to earn money for Anjali, as she needs financial support. He also says that they need to trap Gini.

He adds that he will bring Anjali there, and once Gini confesses, he will ensure she is punished in court. Abhay agrees to the plan and leaves.
Raghav swears on Aman’s photo that he will ensure Gini is punished and that he will go to court for Anjali, as she needs money.
Aarti and other video reporters cover the crime scene where Deepak was attacked. Aarti reports that Dharamraj is responsible.
Aarti asks the police if Deepak is alive. A police officer says yes and informs her that they are taking him to the hospital.

Dharamraj calls for Prakash, but Yuvraj arrives instead. Dharamraj complains to Yuvraj about Anjali. Yuvraj comments on Anjali and suggests that they should first send Prakash underground and have Deepak killed.
Dharamraj asks who will kill Deepak. Yuvraj introduces Vidyut. Vidyut tells Dharamraj that he will kill Deepak, and in return, asks him to help restore his job, as he is currently suspended. Dharamraj agrees, and Vidyut leaves.
Deepika, disguised as a maid in Dharamraj’s house, overhears their conversation. Dharamraj notices the maid and asks what she is doing there.
