The episode starts with Anjali asking Rupa Rani to tell the truth about what happened on the day of Padma’s murder. Rupa Rani says she doesn’t know anything and tries to leave, but Anjali’s friends stop her. Anjali tells Rupa Rani that she won’t be able to leave until she tells the truth.
Rupa Rani warns Anjali not to try to stop her, claiming she knows powerful people. She says she knows a police inspector and also Chandrabhan Thakur. Rupa Rani again warns Anjali not to keep her there, adding that she has already spoken to Chandrabhan Thakur. Anjali records the entire conversation on video.
Anjali says to Rupa Rani, “So, you know Chandrabhan Thakur,” and adds that she has video evidence which she will present in court at the right time. Rupa Rani leaves. The colony people ask Anjali what her plan is. Anjali replies, “We need to wait until Padma recovers, then I will go to her.”
Meanwhile, a nurse tells Nurse Ratna that Sir is calling her. Ratna says she needs to start the antibiotics, but the nurse offers to take over and asks her to go meet Sir. After Ratna leaves, Chandrabhan’s henchman, with the help of the nurse, swaps the medicine.
Ratna returns and questions the nurse, “Why did you say Sir was calling me? He’s not even in the cabin.” She then takes the medicine and heads toward Padma’s room. Chandrabhan’s henchman calls him and says, “Padma will die in five minutes.” Chandrabhan smiles and thinks, “Padma’s chapter is over, now it’s Raghav’s turn.”
Nurse Ratna is about to inject the antibiotics into the saline, unaware that it’s actually poison. Just in time, Anjali stops her and asks Ratna to match the injection with the prescription before giving it to Padma. Ratna says she is using the one prescribed by the doctor, but Anjali insists she double-check. Upon checking, Ratna discovers it’s a heavy dose that could kill Padma.
Anjali demands to know who gave her the injection. Ratna replies that she came to administer the antibiotics and has no idea how the medicine was changed.
Anjali then calls Pankaj and questions the level of protection provided to Padma. Pankaj asks what happened. Anjali tells him that the police guard was not stationed outside Padma’s room and that the wrong medicine was nearly administered—only she stopped it just in time. Pankaj is left speechless. Anjali expresses her disappointment and says she didn’t expect this from him, accusing him of losing his integrity. Pankaj responds angrily, saying, “You can’t defame a sincere officer like me,” and threatens to file a case against her. Anjali rebukes him.
