The episode starts with Aman questioning Anjali about why she is filing for divorce against him and accusing him in the press of threatening to kill her and Gini. Anjali denies doing any such thing. Aman insists that she did, repeating that she is the one responsible. He accuses her, and Anjali tells him to shut up. Aman responds by telling her to shut up as well and declares that he hates her.
Aman then says to himself that he can never truly hate Anjali because he loves her—but he does hate Advocate Anjali Awasthi. Aman breaks down. Bhajan watches from a distance and thinks that an attempt will soon be made on Anjali’s life, with all the blame falling on Aman. Abhay tries to comfort Aman.
Gini asks Anjali what happened. Anjali tells her that reporters surrounded Aman in court, claiming she was filing for divorce and had told them there was domestic violence in the Rajput family involving Gini. Anjali insists that she loves Aman very much. Gini comforts her.
The news shows Aman and Abhay manhandling reporters who had questioned Aman about the alleged domestic violence and the threats made against Anjali and Gini. The Rajput family is publicly humiliated.
The family blames Anjali for the situation. Abhay blames Gini, saying she should have stayed quiet. He calls her and accuses her of ruining the family’s reputation. Anjali asks Gini if Abhay is threatening her, then takes the phone and confronts Abhay. He responds by telling her that Aman will win the case and restore the family’s honor. Aman grabs the phone and speaks harshly to Anjali. Raghav stops him and ends the call, telling Aman to win at any cost before leaving. Gini pleads with Anjali to drop the case, not wanting her own marriage to suffer because of it. Anjali responds but stands firm.
Nivedita tries to reconcile Aman and Anjali. She suggests Aman speak to Anjali one last time. Aman refuses, saying that a woman who cannot understand his love will never understand him. He walks away.
Nivedita then calls Anjali and urges her to meet Aman one last time to settle things. Anjali agrees.
Bhajan asks Nivedita who she was speaking to. Nivedita tells him she called Anjali and asked her to meet Aman at a coffee shop. Bhajan praises the idea, says he will inform Aman, and leaves.
However, Bhajan thinks to himself that he will not inform Aman at all. Instead, he plans to have Anjali attacked so that Aman will be blamed.
Episode ends.
Precap: Anjali is attacked by goons who claim Aman sent them. Anjali misunderstands and believes Aman is behind the attack.
