The episode begins with Anjali asking Raghav to find a good man for Mehek and get her married. She says a girl only desires a good husband—nothing more—just like his son Aman. Anjali tells Raghav that he has lost both inside and outside the courtroom, including within his own family, and comments on it. Gaurav praises Anjali’s strategy and Padma’s acting skills.
Chandraman and Yuvraj return home. Chandraman looks at Rati and tells her she should have heard what happened. Rati replies, “Bad news travels faster than good news.” Yuvraj says his reputation has been ruined today and comments on it. He asks Rati why she’s silent. Rati asks him to look at who has arrived. Just then, Pankaj enters with the police at Chandraman Thakur’s mansion.
Pankaj informs Yuvraj and Chandraman that they’ve come to take Yuvraj to the police station. He mocks Chandraman, saying there’s a party waiting for Yuvraj at the station. Rati sarcastically asks Pankaj if he’s renting out the police station for parties, and comments on it. Pankaj responds with a remark of his own.
Pankaj reveals to the Thakur family that they are taking Yuvraj into custody. Yuvraj protests, saying there’s no basis for his arrest. Pankaj says he has all the grounds he needs and comments on it. Chandraman tries to make a deal to settle the matter, but Pankaj refuses and warns that if he makes such an offer again, he’ll arrest him too. Pankaj then takes Yuvraj and leaves.
Rati tries to call Raghav to save her son, but Chandraman stops her, saying Raghav can’t do anything, and comments on it.
Chandraman then calls Anjali and pleads with her not to go against Yuvraj in court. Anjali questions how he has the audacity to call her after everything that happened. Chandraman says he’s just a father trying to save his son and asks what she wants. Anjali firmly replies that she wants Yuvraj to be punished. Despite his repeated pleas, Anjali doesn’t back down. Seeing she won’t relent, Chandraman threatens her, saying he will destroy the Rajput family. Anjali warns him that if he tries that, he’ll have to face her first. Chandraman ends the call. Rati asks what Anjali said. He tells her Anjali didn’t agree—so it’s time to use the trump card.
Meanwhile, Raghav is shown working in his chamber. Anjali enters and asks him to come for dinner. Raghav coldly asks who gave her permission to enter. Anjali reminds him she is the daughter-in-law of the Rajput family and doesn’t need permission to go anywhere in the house. Raghav says he doesn’t accept her as such. Anjali retorts that burying himself in law books won’t help him win against her. She challenges him, asking why he doesn’t admit he can’t win this case. Raghav says there’s still a chance and he won’t rest until he defeats her fairly.
Anjali says she would lose the case only if he fights on the side of justice, and comments on it. She adds that he’s earned all his wealth by defending criminals. She tells Raghav to come eat, or she’ll drag him to the dining table herself. Gaurav jokingly tells Raghav to go before Anjali actually does it. Raghav reacts with a comment.

Precap: Chandraman tells Raghav over the phone that he won’t spare him since Yuvraj has been jailed. Raghav says he did his best to save Yuvraj but the truth is that the case has no merit. Chandraman reacts. Anjali takes the phone from him and delivers a sharp comment.
