The episode starts with Raghav telling Ganesh, “Your daughter is alive, but she’s living a lifeless existence. Her condition is terrible, and she deserves punishment for the sins she has committed.” He leaves with his son, Abhay.
Aarti tells Anjali, “The doctor said you’ll recover soon and be able to talk. Once you tell me who’s responsible for your condition, I won’t spare them. Even if I get just one photo, I’ll make it go viral.”
Aarti and Raghav walk past each other in the same corridor but don’t see each other. Aarti asks Sapna to stay with Ganesh while she goes to get medicine. Ganesh tells Sapna, “Raghav, Abhay, and Nivedita are in the same hospital. We need to leave before they discover the truth.” Sapna stops Aarti and says they can get medicine outside—they must leave immediately. Aarti asks why. Just then, Sapna receives a call from the Rajvanshi family. They tell Sapna and Ganesh that they like Aarti and want the marriage to happen soon. Ganesh agrees and tells Aarti that her marriage is fixed.
Aarti pleads with Ganesh to let her go on an assignment to Uttar Pradesh first and promises to return for the wedding. Sapna also asks Ganesh to agree. Ganesh says, “Promise on your mother’s name that you’ll return on time and stay safe.” Aarti agrees and asks them to begin the wedding preparations.
Meanwhile, Abhay tells Raghav, “The doctor said not to take stress, so please try to relax.” Raghav says he doesn’t want to live anymore. Nivedita scolds him and says, “Don’t talk like that. Tomorrow is Aman’s death anniversary.” A nurse watches them and wonders if they’re still unaware that Anjali and her daughter are alive.
Ganesh tells Anjali, “Do you remember the dark day when you and Aman had the accident? It wasn’t an accident—it was a planned crime.” He asks if she remembers Aman, then shows her a photo of him. Anjali recalls faint flashes of moments with Aman. Ganesh says, “He was your husband—and my son-in-law. Aman loved you deeply and used to wait outside our house just to see you. He even risked his life for you. But in the end, he died in that planned accident. Today is his barsi.”
Anjali starts getting flashes of the accident and shows signs of responding. Ganesh urges her, “Do you remember who was behind it? Pankaj tried hard to find the culprit but found no clues. But whoever did this will definitely be punished by God.” Anjali gets flashes of Yuvraj.
Just then, Aarti enters, calling out, “Naanu!” Ganesh drops Aman’s photo. Aarti asks why he’s shocked and crying, and whose photo he dropped. She bends down to pick it up. At that moment, people from the colony enter, wishing her a happy birthday. Surprised, Aarti asks why they’re there. Pradeep says, “It’s your birthday—let’s celebrate!”
