The episode starts with Ganesh suffering a heart attack during the Holi celebrations. The Rajput family and the Awasti family worry about Ganesh. Anjali is also worried about him. Raghav calls for an ambulance but gets no response. Ved says the same thing.
Anjali and the others put Ganesh in an auto and take him to the hospital. All the Basti residents complain about not having the basic necessities to live. Raghav asks them to shut up.
Raghav calls again and asks Ved how Ganesh is doing. Ved says Ganesh’s condition is serious and that they are on the way to the hospital.
After a while, Anjali gets stuck in a traffic jam. She learns from the people there that a VIP is coming, so the police have stopped the traffic.
Anjali talks to the police officers and asks them to allow the vehicles to pass, saying that her father is in critical condition. However, the police do not listen to her. Ved gets down from the auto and helps Anjali remove the barricades.
Padma worries about Ganesh as foam comes out of his mouth. Dharamraj arrives at the location but also gets stuck in the traffic.
Dharamraj asks the police what is going on. The police say that Anjali has come forward without permission.
Dharamraj gets out of his car and argues with Anjali because she has blocked his vehicle. The people stuck in traffic ask the police and the minister to allow Anjali to leave, saying that the patient needs treatment. Anjali drives the auto and leaves. A reporter is shown recording everything.
Anjali takes Ganesh and leaves in the auto. Dharamraj becomes furious with Anjali’s behavior and asks the police to file an FIR against her and arrest her.
Anjali brings Ganesh to a government hospital and tells the compounder that she needs to admit her father. She asks where the doctor is. The compounder says the doctor is not there. He also says there is no stretcher, so they cannot admit Ganesh. Anjali slaps the compounder and asks what he means. The compounder tells Anjali to look around and says that there are no beds for patients.
The doctor then comes to Anjali. She tells the doctor that her father has suffered a cardiac arrest and needs treatment. The doctor says it is not possible because there is no ICU, and machines like the ECG and angiogram are not working. The doctor asks Anjali to take Ganesh to a private hospital.
Anjali calls Dharamraj and criticizes him, saying that the government hospital in his constituency does not even have proper facilities. She tells him that she will defeat him in his own constituency and teach him a lesson.
Ved tells Anjali that they have no choice but to take Ganesh to a private hospital. Anjali leaves from there.
Raghav asks Ved over the phone why they have not admitted Ganesh to the hospital yet. After learning that there are no facilities at the government hospital, Raghav comments on the situation. He tells Anjali not to worry about the money and says they will find a way to pay for Ganesh’s treatment.
Chandraman throws ₹5 lakhs in front of Raghav and says the money can be used for Ganesh’s treatment, but there are a few conditions. He says Gini must be released from jail, and Anjali should not contest against Dharamraj in the elections. Raghav comments on this, and Abhay also reacts. Padma criticizes Raghav.
Dharamraj arrives and promises Raghav that Ganesh will receive the best treatment in a private hospital. However, in return, Gini must be released from jail, Anjali must withdraw her police complaint against Gini, and she must not contest against him in the elections. Aarti is shown recording what Dharamraj says. She criticizes him and declares that they will not agree to his demands.

Precap: Dharamraj tries to force Anjali to withdraw from the elections by cutting the water supply to the Basti. Later, he tells Anjali over the phone that he will also cut the electricity supply.
Our take:- This episode highlights the harsh reality of poor public healthcare and political arrogance.
Anjali’s fight against the system shows her courage and determination.
However, Dharamraj’s conditions add a tense political twist to Ganesh’s critical situation.
