The episode starts with Aarti asking Anjali to look at a video. In the video, Anjali is shown fighting against the cruelty of a hospital. Dharamraj is seen putting conditions before Raghav for Ganesh’s treatment. Later, Anjali learns that the private hospital belongs to Dharamraj Ahuja.
Anjali asks Aarti what the video is. Aarti tells Anjali that she shot the video with her team. Aarti reminds Anjali that she is a reporter and that she always thought about how she could help Anjali. Aarti says that tomorrow all this footage will be shown on the news. She asks Anjali to continue her fight and tells her that she is with her.
The next day, Anjali comes to a water truck. Dharamraj calls Anjali and mocks her, asking if she has brought water from the Yamuna for the Basti people. Anjali comments on Dharamraj and tells him that she will get water for the Basti even if it means bringing it from the Yamuna. She also says that the person who named him Dharamraj should not have done so because he only does dirty deeds. After commenting on him, Anjali cuts the call.
Anjali asks the water truck driver to get down and says that she wants the water. The driver asks Anjali to give him Rs 5000. Anjali forces the driver to get down from the truck and slaps him. The driver raises his hand at Anjali, but Ved stops him. Ved teaches the driver a lesson. Anjali then takes the water truck and leaves.
Anjali brings the water truck to the Basti and tells the people that from today onwards she will bring them water, and that all of them together will fight against Dharamraj.
Anjali calls Dharamraj and tells him that she has brought water to the Basti. Dharamraj asks how she managed to do it. Anjali reminds him that he sells water for Rs 5000, and that she brought one of his water trucks for free. After commenting on him, Anjali cuts the call. Dharamraj tells Prakash that Anjali has brought water and that they have lost the votes of the Basti people. He says Anjali is very dangerous and that they must kill her before she enters politics. Prakash agrees.
Raghav, Anjali, Ved, and Padma come to the hospital and ask the hospital staff why they are not giving them any information about the patient. Sadhika says that she asked the hospital staff not to give any information about Ganesh to anyone. Raghav asks Vaibhav how Sadhika can call him a nobody. Vaibhav says that Sadhika is right and mocks Raghav for being poor.
Gaurav comes and comments on Sadhika. Sadhika argues with them and says that Gini’s father is admitted to the hospital. She says that Gini has power and money, so from today onwards Ganesh will be known only as Gini’s father. Gaurav comments on this. The hospital staff ask the Awasti family to leave.
Ved stops the hospital staff and says that if the Basti people come there, they will break down the hospital. Sadhika says they cannot behave like this. Anjali comments on it. Padma also comments on Sadhika and Vaibhav and says that the Gini they are supporting is in jail. Just then, Gini comes to the hospital and says that she is not in jail.
Episode ends.

Our take:- Anjali takes a bold stand against Dharamraj by bringing water to the Basti and challenging his control.
However, her fearless actions make Dharamraj see her as a serious political threat.
With Gini’s warning and Dharamraj’s deadly plan, Anjali’s fight is about to become even more dangerous.
