The episode starts with Ramesh asking Anjali if she used to love Aman. Anjali says yes. Ramesh asks Anjali if she is still saying that she cannot identify Aman. Anjali tells Ramesh that this is not Aman and says their faces are different.
Ramesh comments that Anjali is trying to find her love in a face and not in the heart. Ramesh reminds Anjali that he already told her Aman had plastic surgery. Anjali tells Ramesh that Aman’s face can be changed, but what about his voice? Anjali says that this voice doesn’t belong to Aman.
Ramesh tells Anjali that he knew she would say this. He says that Aman underwent many surgeries on his face over the last three years, and during that time Aman was unconscious and could only be fed through a tube. Ramesh says it is normal for a person’s voice to change after having a tube in their throat for so many years.
Aman tells Anjali that she is right and says he is not Aman. Aman looks at Aman’s photo and tells Anjali that the man in the photo is Aman, not him. Aman says he has become someone else. Aman asks Anjali if she recalls that they met for the first time in a coffee shop. Anjali says that doesn’t prove anything and says anyone could know that she first met Aman in a coffee shop. Ramesh asks Anjali if she has decided that she will not accept this person as Aman. Anjali says yes and insists that this is not Aman. Ramesh comments on Anjali and leaves from there.
Sakshi asks Anjali if she should leave Aman there. Anjali asks Sakshi to take Aman away and says she needs some time to think. Anjali asks Sakshi what her relationship with Aman is. Sakshi tells Anjali that she already said she is Meera. Anjali asks Sakshi if she loves Aman. Sakshi says yes and asks Anjali how anyone could not love him. Sakshi takes Aman and leaves from there.
Bhajan secretly takes a picture of Aman and Sakshi. Bhajan calls Chandraman and informs him that the third person with Ramesh is claiming to be Aman Singh Rajput. Bhajan says he has sent a photo and asks Chandraman to check it out. Chandraman looks at the photo and says this is not Aman and that it is just a trap to mislead them.
Aman looks at himself in the mirror and says that he is unable to face himself. Aman tries to break the mirror, but Sakshi stops him. Aman asks Sakshi if the woman they had just gone to meet was really Anjali. Ramesh says yes. Aman asks Ramesh why he cannot remember Anjali. Ramesh says it is because he is unable to recall his past. Ramesh asks Aman if he would like to see his past. Aman says yes.
Ramesh shows Aman a video of Aman and Anjali’s wedding. Aman begins to believe that Anjali is his love and calls her. Aman tells Anjali that he loves her, but later says that he does not love her. Aman asks Anjali if she is his wife.
