Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is always high on twists and turns. Akshara’s accident brought storm in Abhimanyu’s life. Abhimanyu saves Akshara. Mahima congratulate Abhimanyu for doing the successful surgery of Akshara. Kairav questions Anand and Harsh why Abhimanyu operated Akshara as through Arohi they understand a doctor can’t operate a near one. Mahima comes in support of Abhimanyu and says at times of urgency doctors can handle the case. She adds today’s fact is Abhimanyu has saved Akshara’s life.
There, Abhimanyu recalls Aksahra’s operation. He gets restless. Abhimanyu dream Akshara burning in the fire. He prays to God for Akshara’s life. Abhimanyu says to God that he can live without Akshara but can’t see anything happening to her. He says he will fight with him if anything happens to her. Abhimanyu’s hand burn and he gets shocked seeing ‘A’ initial on his hand. He further help Akshara to get shifted to the ward.
Neel spots Abhimanyu taking care of Akshara. Arohi, Manish and Kairav runs to meet Akshara. Neel says Abhimanyu can’t stay without Akshara. He pray to God to make Abhimanyu and Akshara’s Jodi.

Later, Kairav prays for Arohi and Akshara’s togetherness. Arohi decide to stay back with Akshara. Mahima asks Arohi to go back home as they aren’t needed here. She further says only Abhimanyu has a right to be around Akshara. Abhimanyu decide to stay with Akshara. He cries seeing Akshara. Akshara gains her consciousness back.
Now in the upcoming episode, Akshara will confront Arohi about the money. She will learn about Arohi’s MD plan. Neel will inform Abhimanyu that his wedding with Arohi is preponed. Abhimanyu will get shocked. Akshara will rethink upon her decision of sacrificing Abhimanyu’s love.
