In today’s episode, Anupama receive a message from Malti Devi. Malti asks Anupama to visit Gurukul. Kanta and Bhavesh try to zip the bag. Bhavesh asks Kanta how Anupama will carry so many burdens. Kanta worries thinking what if Anupama will stop because of Anu. Bhavesh motivates Kanta. Kanta and Bhavesh realises that only 12 Hours is left for Anupama to leave the country. Anupama visit Malti. Malti asks Anupama if she is ready. Anupama assures Malti that she will go to USA surely. Malti says whenever sky calls, earth pulls down. She asks Anupama to be focused. Anupama assures Malti. Malti think for now Anupama is ready but until she boards the flight they will be in confusion. Anupama remembers Anu, Maya.
Malti asks Anupama to finish the work as only 11 hours left. Anupama stands stunned. Doctor examines Anu. Anuj asks doctor what has happened to Anu. Pakhi cries. Adhik resist himself from consoling Pakhi. Anu asks Anuj Maya left and Anupama too. Anuj asks Anu to understand he is with him. Ankush asks doctor if they can change Anu’s medicine. Doctor tells due to shock, Anu isnt responding to the treatment. Anuj asks Doctor to stay until Anu calms. Barkha says to Ankush that she is a bad woman but she wants Anupama to go and live her dream. She adds only she knows how it feels when dream is broken. Anu asks Anuj to call Anupama. Doctor asks Anuj to call Anu’s mother. Anuj fear only 10 hours left and he don’t want anything to stop Anupama.
Vanraj gets angry learning Samar is missing. Dimple tells to Vanraj that it was important for Samar to join the workshop. Vanraj says Samar’s workshop was important than bidding good bye to Anupama. Leela side Vanraj. She argues with Dimple. Vanraj asks Dimple to stop disrespecting elders. Dimple says to Vanraj that elders should be in limit too. Kinjal makes Leela understand that it wasn’t easy for Samar to go to. She adds like Samar no one will be able to bear the separation from Anuapma. Shahs remember their bond with Anupama. Kavya decide to go to airport to see-off Anupama. Vanraj worry if anything will stop Anupama’s flight.
Pakhi suggest Anuj to call Anupama. Anupama texts Anuj to know about Anu. Anuj replies to Anupama that Anu is sleeping. Anupama says to Nakul that since she consider him brother than he can ask anything. Nakul asks Anupama how she will live at USA without her family. Anupama says she will manage.
