In today’s episode, Anupama prays to God to give happiness to her children and write sadness in her destiny. Rahi asks Prem to promise that he will never take her back to Mumbai. Prem asks Rahi what happened. Rahi says something is bothering her. Prem asks if it’s the past that is troubling her. Rahi hugs Prem.
Leela asks Prarthana what the doctor said. Kinjal tells Leela that Prarthana drinks a lot of coffee, which is causing acidity and vomiting. Leela asks Prarthana to take care of her health, or else the Kotharis will confront her. She advises Prarthana to shift to a new place soon.
Anupama falls asleep in the metro. Meanwhile, Prem asks Rahi if she is sure about leaving the place. Rahi says she never wants to return to Mumbai. When Prem asks if something happened, Rahi refuses to answer. Prem wonders if something occurred while he was on a call.
Anupama meets a stranger in the metro. The lady accuses Anupama of killing her son. Anupama thinks Khyati is accusing her of Aryan’s death. Khyati curses Anupama, saying that just as she snatched Aryan, now her daughter will be taken from her too.
Prarthana learns that she is pregnant. Ansh asks her not to stress. Prarthana says that once the Kotharis find out about her pregnancy, they will not let her divorce Gautam. Ansh asks her to stay calm. Prarthana requests Ansh to keep her pregnancy a secret.
Parag asks Prem why Rahi didn’t go to meet Manohar. Prem replies that Rahi wasn’t feeling well. Rahi asks Parag to take care of his health. Parag tells her that Manohar will be visiting Ahmedabad soon. Prem feels that Rahi isn’t chasing her dreams, but running away from something instead.
Anupama wishes that Prem and Rahi stay together forever. Bharti asks Anupama why she didn’t meet Manohar and tells her that her friend is upset because of it. Anupama decides to apologize to Bharti’s friend. Bharti asks her to calm down. Anupama decides to prepare tea.
Jaspreet and Bharti talk about the Vat Savitri fast. Anupama remembers Anuj. A girl asks Anupama to help her drape a sari.
Rahi decides to keep the fast for Prem. Prem and Rahi promise to be together forever. Rahi thinks about Mahi and blames Anupama, saying no one is able to celebrate because of her. Later, Pari and Rahi talk about the fast. Pari learns that Rahi met Anupama, but Rahi refuses to speak about her.
Gautam learns about Prarthana’s pregnancy. He decides to find out whether the baby is his or Ansh’s. Prarthana decides to keep the baby and give birth. Ansh promises to support her. Prarthana misses Anupama.
Anupama feels that Rahi and Mahi blame her for ruining their happiness. She prays to God for both Rahi and Mahi.
