In today’s episode, Hasmuk says that Mahi lied to Anupama and forced her. He questions why Anupama would support Mahi. Hasmuk asks Mahi to stop troubling Anupama, saying that since Mahi got married despite the family disputes, she should now fight alone. Hasmuk tells Mahi and Aryan to go to the Kothari house. Paritosh also asks Mahi to leave so they can live peacefully. Pakhi, Pari, and Ishani urge Mahi to go, but Mahi refuses to leave without Anupama. She claims that Anupama fights for everyone but cannot take a stand for herself. Mahi declares that she will not go to the Kothari house without Anupama and asserts her right to stay at the Shah house. Pakhi reminds her that Kavya left her and that they raised Mahi. Paritosh points out that their house is not a shelter. Mahi says it’s fine if the Shahs don’t support her but insists that Anupama take a stand.
Parag and Vasundhara discuss how Anupama tried to support Prarthana and Gautam’s divorce, but her plan failed. Rahi stands up for Anupama. Anupama, along with Mahi and Aryan, enters the Kothari house, where the Kotharis are shocked to learn about Mahi and Aryan’s marriage. Rahi questions Anupama’s involvement in the marriage, and Anupama explains that Mahi threatened her.
Meanwhile, Hasmuk and Leela worry about Anupama. Leela comments that Anupama often gets manipulated by her children and fears that the Kotharis may not believe Anupama. Parag refuses to accept Mahi and Aryan’s marriage and instructs Aryan to go to his room, but Aryan refuses to leave Mahi. Vasundhara questions Anupama’s role, asking why she didn’t inform them earlier, and Anupama replies that Mahi took her phone. Vasundhara blames Anupama for the marriage, while Aryan insists on staying with Mahi. Vasundhara accuses Anupama of influencing Aryan. Aryan decides to go with Mahi, but Parag warns him against emotional blackmail. Khyati supports Mahi and Aryan.
At the Shah house, Pakhi worries about Ishani. Kinjal advises Pakhi to stop forcing Ishani to marry Raja and comforts her, expressing concern for Ishani and Pari’s future. Khyati declares she cannot live without Aryan, and Parag tells her that she can leave with Aryan if she chooses.
Vasundhara expresses her concern about Mahi’s background and questions how Anupama expects them to accept the marriage. Parag gives Aryan an ultimatum to either leave Mahi or go with her. Aryan refuses to abandon Mahi. Khyati accuses Anupama of causing her to lose Aryan for the second time. Anupama stops Mahi and Aryan from leaving and takes a stand for them, explaining why Mahi married Aryan. She urges the Kotharis to rethink the situation and temporarily separate Aryan and Mahi until they come to a decision. Aryan agrees to stay apart from Mahi for the time being. Khyati requests Parag to accept Aryan and Mahi.
Anupama informs the Shahs that Parag has accepted Aryan and Mahi’s alliance. However, the Shahs remain doubtful, fearing the Kotharis might change their stance. Anupama reassures them that the Kotharis love Aryan and won’t go back on their decision. Mahi apologizes to Anupama for her past actions, and Anupama warns her not to betray Aryan and to stop causing trouble for Prem and Rahi’s married life.
