In today’s episode, Prem blames the Kotharis for Khyati’s condition. He says he will not spare anyone if something happens to Khyati. Vasundhara says Anupama should be blamed because she took responsibility for Khyati. Aryan says that finally, Khyati has realized her mistake. He wishes Khyati would die by falling into the well. Prem gets angry at Aryan. Rahi questions how Vasundhara could say such a thing. Prem says he was upset with Khyati but believes Parag has a connection with her. He asks Parag to help him locate Khyati. Rahi says that since Parag has contacts, he can help. However, Parag refuses to help Prem.
Anil questions Parag for ignoring Khyati and decides to help Prem and Rahi in locating her. Aryan says Khyati is doing emotional drama and asks Parag to ignore it. He calls Khyati an attention seeker. Parag asks Aryan not to speak to him about Khyati. Gautam teases Aryan, saying Khyati’s drama is working and asks what he plans to do next.
Leela says Anupama should not have taken responsibility for Khyati. Paritosh says that from feeding her to now trying to locate her, Anupama always invites trouble. Pakhi worries about Ishani. Hasmuk prays to God to fix everything.
Prem says the police are not filing a missing person report yet. Anupama blames herself for Khyati’s condition. Anil asks Anupama not to blame herself. Prem says he should have taken better care of Khyati. Anil consoles Anupama and decides to support her in the search.
Parag grows restless. He worries that Khyati might decide to give up on life. Prarthana asks Parag to forgive Khyati and bring her back. She expresses her concern. Meanwhile, Anupama, Anil, Rahi, Prem, and Ansh try to find Khyati. Rahi learns that Khyati didn’t return to her brother. Anupama finds Khyati’s bangle on the road.
Khyati questions God for snatching away her family. She says that in return for Prem, God took everything from her. Khyati decides to end her life. Anupama reaches the temple to find her but fails. She pleads with God for help.
Pari worries about Ishani. She asks Ishani why she is ruining her life and urges her to reveal the name of the drug dealer. Ishani ignores her. Pari insists, but Ishani says no one can help her. Pari believes Ishani is trapped in a bigger mess and decides to inform Anupama.
Raghav thinks about Rahi’s words. Jhanki notices Raghav is restless. Raghav sees Parag’s picture and gets angry. Meanwhile, Mahi meets Aryan. Vasundhara questions Mahi’s presence at the Kothari mansion. Aryan supports Mahi. Mahi manipulates Aryan.
Rahi receives a call from the hospital to identify a body. Anupama and Prem go to the Kothari mansion and ask Parag to come along. Parag is shattered. He goes to the hospital and finds out the body is not Khyati’s. Anupama resolves to find Khyati before something worse happens.
Anupama finally manages to locate Khyati and learns she attempted suicide. She rushes her to the hospital. Prem thanks Anupama. Khyati regains consciousness but is disappointed to see that no one from the Kothari mansion came to visit her.
