In today’s episode, Anupama sees Anu Ki Rasoi and recalls the past. Paritosh worries that Anupama might learn he has sold all the utensils from Anu Ki Rasoi. He asks Anupama what she is doing. Anupama says no one has visited the place for a long time and asks Paritosh to speak. Paritosh replies that the place is cursed, which is why no one comes there. Anupama says the place can never be called cursed, as it was from there that she regained her identity. She tells Paritosh he will never understand and asks him to leave. Paritosh wonders what he will say to Anupama if she asks about the stolen utensils.
Anupama recalls Vasundhara saying that despite trying so hard in life—through two marriages, Anu Ki Rasoi, America Cooking Star, the dance academy, and dancing competitions—she is still struggling. Anupama breaks down remembering her past. She wonders why she always ends up back at the start despite so much effort. She misses Anuj but resolves not to lose courage.
Meanwhile, Jignesh notices the haldi and talks to Manohar, saying he has never seen rose pakodas before. Leela saves the haldi paste from Jignesh. Parag sees the haldi and remembers Prarthana. Vasundhara asks Parag to eat and not connect the haldi with Prarthana. Khyati too asks Parag to have food.
Anupama thinks that despite all her efforts, she cannot bring a natural glow to Prarthana, as a bride glows only with her parents’ blessings. She wishes the Kotharis would attend the ceremony. Later, Anupama, along with the Shahs and the Kotharis, performs a dance. Leela notices Prarthana’s sadness and asks Anupama what happened after her talk with the Kotharis. Anupama asks Leela to be patient and wishes Parag would attend Prarthana’s haldi.
Paritosh asks everyone to enjoy the function, reminding them that they failed to celebrate at Pari and Raja’s wedding, and that drama took place at Mahi and Aryan’s wedding. Mahi and Anupama recall the past. Rahi blames Anupama, saying that because of her, Parag, Khyati, and Vasundhara are not attending Prarthana’s wedding.
Elsewhere, Gautam manipulates Vasundhara. He says the Kotharis have forgotten that he was the one who saved their drowning business. Even today, he is living as their son, not just as their son-in-law. But what did he get in return? He says now that Ansh is claiming rights over his child, he cannot allow the child to grow up in someone else’s house. “Why should my child be raised in another family?” he asks. “Why should my child mean nothing to you, Motiba? What I couldn’t achieve, my child will. Why should the flowers of our courtyard bloom in the Shahs’ house? If the child grows up there, he will adopt the same upbringing and values that Anupama gave her children. The light of the Kotharis and Gandhis will shine in the Shahs’ house.” Gautam then threatens that he will become their enemy if the Kotharis accept Ansh as their son-in-law. Vasundhara is shocked.
Anupama, determined, decides to go ahead and celebrate Prarthana’s haldi.

Precap: Vasundhara and Khyati attend Prarthana’s haldi. Prarthana is shocked. Vasundhara hands her some papers and asks her to sign them, demanding that she give away the baby after delivery. Prarthana and Anupama are stunned.
