In today’s episode, Prem says if the staff received the letter, then who actually got it? He suspects that someone deliberately withheld the letter. Prem confronts Parag. Anupama doubts Vasundhara. Parag says if he wanted to stop him, he would buy the university instead of betraying him. Prem and Parag argue. Vasundhara takes Parag’s side and asks Prem not to ruin the festival.
Prem and Rahi are shattered after their admission gets canceled. Vasundhara says Prem can try again next year. Rahi questions how they can stay calm when someone deliberately sabotaged their dream. Vasundhara asks Prem and Rahi to move on.
Rahi says no one wants them to move on. She talks about her dream. Anupama recalls how her in-laws once shattered her dream. She says society is still the same for girls. Vasundhara asks Anupama not to blame them for the missing letter. Anupama says she never mentioned Vasundhara’s name yet. She questions Vasundhara about her restlessness.
Prem confronts Vasundhara, demanding she tell the truth or face the consequences. Vasundhara admits to burning the letter. Prem accuses Vasundhara of destroying his dream. Rahi says Vasundhara betrayed them. Gautam thinks Prem and Rahi deserve such treatment.
Anupama questions how Vasundhara could oppose Rahi and Prem’s admission. Vasundhara admits she isn’t open-minded. She believes that even today, a daughter-in-law’s mother shouldn’t visit often, and if she does, she should remain silent. Anupama and Vasundhara argue.
Rahi confronts Vasundhara for betraying Prem. She says Prem could have fixed his relationship with Parag if Vasundhara had given him the chance. Rahi accuses Vasundhara of also ruining Anupama’s dream. Vasundhara insists she wants Rahi to move on but stay back at home to manage the household.
Vasundhara blames Anupama for using Prem and Rahi for her business, claiming Anupama doesn’t give Prem the respect he deserves. Vasundhara asserts that girls should focus on household duties while boys should work. Anupama argues that women can’t stand seeing other women succeed.
Leela supports Vasundhara, questioning why Rahi should work. Anupama says Leela is justifying her own past actions by siding with Vasundhara. She reminds Leela that she once opposed her working too, and only Hasmuk supported her.
Anupama confronts Vasundhara for betraying Prem and Rahi. She tells Vasundhara to stop controlling them. Anupama says Prem is not like Vanraj, as he wants to support Rahi’s ambitions. She vows not to let Rahi suffer. Parag tells Anupama to take her lectures elsewhere, insisting they all respect Vasundhara. Anupama firmly reprimands Parag.
Vasundhara declares that a good daughter-in-law should prioritize family and household over her career. Anupama retorts that Vasundhara knows nothing about dreams.
