In today’s episode, Kinjal asks Anupama to come back. Anupama asks what happened. Kinjal tells Anupama that Pakhi is saying Diwaker is coming tomorrow and will marry her immediately. Anupama asks Kinjal to wait and not tell Pakhi that she is returning. Kinjal asks why. Anupama says she will get all the answers soon. She further thinks Pakhi keeps landing herself in trouble.
Ansh and Prarthana discuss the baby. Prarthana worries about Gautam. She asks Ansh to start the legal process for adopting the baby. Ansh agrees. Both discuss whether they will have a baby girl or a baby boy.
Pakhi and Diwaker decide to do the engagement. Leela asks Diwaker about his parents. Diwaker says his parents are not well. Kinjal asks Diwaker how both his parents fell ill together. Pakhi asks Leela and Kinjal not to enquire, saying she is fine even if Diwaker’s parents did not arrive. She further complains that Leela and Kinjal did not make good snacks for her engagement. Pakhi loses her cool. Kinjal waits for Anupama and tries to stretch the time. Pakhi asks Diwaker to show her the ring. Paritosh supports Pakhi. Diwaker shows the ring and thinks his cheap ring will impress Pakhi and she will transfer her property to him. Diwaker’s son interrupts the engagement. Pakhi and others are shocked. Anupama says that without family an engagement is not possible; thus she brought Diwaker’s wife and son too. Pakhi, Ishani, and Leela are shocked.
Vasundhara still cannot digest that Jeetu betrayed Parag. Prem says Rahi thinks Jeetu is saving someone. Rahi gets late for cooking lunch. Vasundhara says that for Rahi her studies are important, so she forgot to cook. Prem says he will order food. Prerna says she will cook. Prem says there is no need. Vasundhara says let Prerna cook. Mahi instigates Prerna. She says Prem deserves someone like Prerna in his life. Prerna is stunned.
Anupama asks Pakhi to meet her family and introduces Varun, Khushi, and Karan. Pakhi is shocked. Kinjal takes Varun to the room. Pakhi blames Anupama for blaming Diwaker and trying to stop her engagement. Khushi asks Anupama if Pakhi is her daughter. Anupama says she regrets it. Pakhi says Anupama got Khushi and Varun on rent to spoil her engagement. Anupama says children are not hired on rent; otherwise, she would have exchanged Paritosh and Pakhi first. Pakhi refuses to believe that Diwaker is Karan.
Diwaker says he does not know Khushi and Varun. Khushi slaps Diwaker. She asks Diwaker to swear on their son. Anupama says Diwaker, to save himself, will swear on his son. Pakhi refuses to believe Anupama and says she is trying to frame Diwaker. Anupama says he is not Diwaker but Karan. She shows Karan’s video with Khushi and Varun to Pakhi. Pakhi gets shocked. Anupama lectures Diwaker on playing with innocent girls. Diwaker confesses that he is married. He says he still loves Pakhi and not Khushi. Pakhi slaps Diwaker. She decides to hand Diwaker over to the police. Diwaker asks Khushi to save him. Khushi breaks her ties with Diwaker and leaves. She thanks Anupama for saving her from Diwaker.
Anupama asks Paritosh to call the police and send Diwaker to jail. Paritosh gets angry at Diwaker for trying to spoil Pakhi’s life. Kinjal says they should hit Diwaker with slippers and take him to the police station.
Pakhi breaks down in front of Anupama. She pours her heart out and asks why she is alone in her life. Pakhi asks Anupama if it is wrong that she has dreamed of having a complete family. Anupama consoles Pakhi. She says Ishani loves Pakhi a lot. Anupama asks Pakhi to start loving herself and be happy. The episode ends.

Vasundhara says the baby took birth on Anupama’s birthday, but her fate should not be like hers. Anupama is shocked. Prarthana commits suicide with her baby. Anupama is shocked.

After Diwaker, Manpreet, and Ravinder, Anupama’s new case is to protect Prarthana and her baby. Prarthana fears Gautam will snatch the baby. She might attempt suicide. Anupama might be blamed again. Will the Kotharis forgive Anupama this time?
