In today’s episode, Anupama meets a girl in the metro. She asks the girl about her mother. The girl, in turn, asks Anupama why she is happy today. Anupama shows the girl Rahi’s picture. At the station, she helps an old man. The man requests Anupama to help deliver his tiffins, saying he will lose his job otherwise. Anupama agrees to help him.
Hasmuk and Prarthana promote Yoga Day. Leela asks Prarthana if she didn’t perform yoga, warning that her family won’t spare her if she skips it. Ansh says that today is Prarthana’s first sonography appointment. Prarthana asks how he knows. Ansh reveals he got a reminder from Prarthana’s mobile. Prarthana becomes emotional, thinking that no one will accompany her for the sonography. Leela advises Prarthana not to take Ansh with her, as the child is not his.
Manohar waits for Anupama. She tells him she was helping the old man. Manohar is glad that Anupama cares for others. Anupama waits for Rahi’s forgiveness. Meanwhile, Manohar decides to teach his students.
Rahi bumps into Ansh and Prarthana. Ansh asks Rahi why she doesn’t visit or remember them. Rahi replies that she has a lot of work. Ansh questions why she doesn’t take help from the house staff. Rahi says everyone is busy. Ansh compares Rahi to Anupama. Offended, Rahi says he might as well have used another abusive word instead. Mahi watches Rahi, Ansh, and Prarthana from a distance.
Manohar talks to his son and later asks Anupama about her children. Anupama avoids the question and silently prays for her kids. Meanwhile, Paritosh discusses Raja with his friends. One of them suggests a startup idea. Paritosh likes it and decides to invest.
Manohar tries to teach dance to Anupama. She accidentally performs in front of him, surprising Manohar. Anupama refuses to learn dance and becomes restless.
Elsewhere, Parag asks Rahi to start working on the academy soon. Rahi worries about balancing house and work, but Parag encourages her. Vasundhara interrupts. Rahi tells her that she will quit dancing if she fails to manage both. Vasundhara taunts her, saying she’ll end up blaming them like Anupama did. Rahi offers help, but Vasundhara pushes her away. Parag asks Rahi to go inside.
Pakhi asks Ishani to test some beauty products. Ishani questions why Pakhi stole them from the parlor. Pakhi tells her not to overthink and to use the products.
Anupama enters the house and sees Bharti and Mangesh arguing. Bharti refuses to return to Mangesh. He asks Anupama to convince Bharti. Anupama recalls her past with Vanraj. Mangesh misbehaves with Bharti. Anupama, along with Sarita, threatens Mangesh for troubling her. Sarita warns him to leave Bharti alone or face consequences. She assures Bharti of her support. Bharti thanks Anupama for standing by her.
