In today’s episode, Parag says the kids have prepared for the day, so he will celebrate. He tells Khyati that Anupama made him understand that ego can’t be bigger than love. Parag says what Khyati did was wrong, but he understands the reason behind her actions. He says Khyati hid the truth because she thought he was not ready to hear Aryan’s truth. Parag admits it was his mistake not to realize that Khyati, too, wanted to become a mother. He blames himself for Aryan’s condition and says life is too short for regrets. Khyati and Parag reunite.
Prem and Rahi ask Khyati and Parag to celebrate. Parag and Khyati ask Aryan to give them a chance to fix their mistake, but Aryan ignores their request. Anupama asks Parag and Khyati to give Aryan some time. Khyati and Parag thank Anupama for her support. Anupama asks them to be there for each other. Parag and Khyati cut the cake and celebrate their anniversary. Khyati asks Anupama to dance. Anupama hesitates, recalling how Parag got angry the last time. However, Parag now asks Anupama to dance. Anupama dances along with everyone. She notices Mahi and Aryan dancing together.
Later, Anupama reads a note from Raghav but fails to understand what is written. She decides to ask Raghav what he wanted to share and calls him. Prem asks Anupama to take pictures. Just then, she receives a call from the police and is shocked.
Meanwhile, Raghav believes Anupama may have learned the truth. He decides to apologize to her. Jhanki asks Raghav to deliver sweets to Parag Kothari’s house. Raghav is shocked to learn the truth and realizes Parag is Rahi’s father-in-law—the same man who ruined his life. Anupama slaps Raghav and confronts him for trying to harm Rahi. She vents her anger at Raghav and regrets supporting him. Anupama says that because of Raghav, Rahi could have lost her life. She demands that he speak up about his intentions.
Raghav tries to apologize, but Anupama pushes him away. Raghav says he only wanted to fight his case, but Anupama refuses to listen. He escapes before the police arrive. Anupama tries to locate him and regrets giving him shelter. She worries about how Rahi will react upon learning the truth. Leela and Pakhi blame Anupama, while Hasmuk says Raghav wanted to confess something. Kinjal agrees with Hasmuk, but Anupama refuses to hear anything about Raghav.
The Kotharis are shocked to learn that Rahi’s attacker has been caught. Rahi names Raghav, leaving Anil, Vasundhara, and Parag stunned. Prem questions why Raghav would attack Rahi, wondering if he had any personal enmity with them. Parag and Vasundhara are left in disbelief.
Anupama continues to regret giving Raghav shelter and vows never to help a stranger again. She discovers Raghav’s trunk. Suddenly, Raghav attacks her. Meanwhile, Vasundhara, Parag, and Anil worry about the consequences. Vasundhara urges Anil and Parag to hide the truth before it’s too late.
Furthermore, Raghav laments that Anupama is not listening to him and pleads for forgiveness.
