In today’s episode, the doctors tell Anupama that Rahi is in danger and that they need O-negative blood. He says that the blood is not available in the blood bank. Anupama worries about Rahi. She wonders who called Khyati about Rahi and decides to find the culprit. Parag asks the doctor to take his blood and save Rahi.
Anupama worries about Rahi. Rahi reacts inside. Parag and Anupama worry. Hasmuk consoles Anupama. Vasundhara prays for Rahi along with Anupama. Anupama blames herself for Rahi’s condition. Meanwhile, Raghav worries about Rahi’s health and gets angry at himself for hurting Rahi.
Vasundhara says that Anupama should have been more careful with Rahi. Prem reaches the hospital and breaks down thinking about Rahi. Prem apologizes to Anupama for Rahi’s condition. Anupama asks Prem not to blame himself. She regrets not sending Ansh and Paritosh to bring Rahi back. Prem and Anupama blame themselves.
Anupama thanks Parag and Khyati for saving Rahi’s life on time. She thanks Parag for donating blood to Rahi. Prem also thanks Parag for saving Rahi. Khyati and Parag call Rahi their daughter. Furthermore, Vasundhara says that it is not the right time, but an important discussion must take place. She tries to convince Prem to come back. Vasundhara says it is not safe to stay separately. She insists that family is a shield, but Prem is ignoring this fact. Vasundhara says Prem should return for Rahi’s safety. Khyati, Meeta, and Prarthana support Vasundhara’s decision. They ask Prem to come back home. Prem argues that mishaps can happen at the Kothari mansion too. Vasundhara agrees but emphasizes the importance of being careful. She says anything could have happened to Rahi.
The doctor asks Anupama and Prem to meet Rahi. Rahi talks about the man. Anupama and Prem blame themselves for Rahi’s condition. Rahi tells Prem and Anupama that she failed to see the face of the person who attacked her. Anupama wonders who wants to hurt Rahi. Prem decides to find the culprit. Rahi tells Anupama and Prem that she fought back against the man with a knife. Raghav thinks about Rahi and Anupama.
After Two Days: Rahi thanks God for sending Prem and Anupama into her life. Prem takes care of Rahi. Vasundhara, Parag, and Khyati visit Rahi. Rahi asks Anupama to take a rest. Vasundhara, Parag, and Khyati learn that Anupama is doing catering for the central jail.
Leela wants Anupama to stop going to the jail as she worries about the family’s safety. Vasundhara gets offended after learning about Anupama’s job. Anupama defends her work. Rahi thanks Parag and Khyati for saving her life. Parag says Rahi is brave. Rahi and Prem refuse to go to the Kothari mansion.
Raghav looks for Anupama. Kartik tells Raghav that Rahi is out of danger. He asks Raghav not to trouble Anupama. Meanwhile, Parag decides to arrange tight security for Prem and Rahi’s house. Anupama thinks Rahi is still scared. Vasundhara says that Rahi and Prem should meet them frequently.
