UIn today’s episode, Preet says the house doesn’t feel the same without Bharti. She misses Bharti’s smile. Anupama also misses Bharti. Preet asks Anupama why Bharti, who prays to God so much, is still suffering. Anupama consoles Preet. Preet worries that Bharti may not survive. Anupama asks Preet to stay positive and have patience for Bharti’s recovery. Preet tries to get a loan for Bharti’s treatment but tells Anupama she can’t get it instantly. Anupama consoles her and comes up with a plan to arrange money, as Preet is worried about paying both the rent and Bharti’s medical expenses.
Meanwhile, Prarthana apologizes to Parag and reveals that Gautam forced her many times. She clarifies that the baby belongs to Gautam. Gautam denies her claims, accusing her of lying. Vasundhara scolds Prarthana, asking if she has no shame in revealing all this to Parag. Prarthana insists she is telling the truth. Parag asks Prarthana to come back, but she confesses that she likes Ansh and will not return. Khyati comments that Anupama’s plan has succeeded once again. Rahi is shocked.
Anupama and Prem pray for Bharti. Sarita and other chawl women help Anupama by collecting money. Anupama thanks Sarita and the others. She decides to use the money to buy Bharti’s medicines. Sarita remarks that Bharti was happy just the day before, and now she is struggling. Anupama assures her that God will help. Preet vows to visit Shri Siddhivinayak Temple once Bharti recovers.
Vasundhara and Parag argue. Gautam tries to convince them that Prarthana is pregnant with Ansh’s child. He says Prarthana has confessed her feelings for Ansh. Parag asks Gautam to leave if he wants to. Vasundhara threatens to leave the house if Gautam goes. Parag is stunned.
Prarthana pleads with Ansh not to doubt her intentions. She assures him that she is not trying to force a relationship because of her pregnancy. She confesses her feelings to Ansh and apologizes. She says that despite her love for him, she only hopes they can remain friends. Ansh replies that due to his responsibilities, he cannot form any relationship with her other than friendship. Prarthana is content with his friendship.
To save Bharti’s life, Anupama sells her earrings. Preet is relieved that Anupama sold her gold to arrange the money. The house owner asks Preet to pay the rent. Anupama and Preet try to explain that Bharti is in the hospital and they need the money. The owner insists on payment or eviction. Anupama manages to pay the rent.
Elsewhere, Ishani asks Pakhi about the money. Pakhi reveals she sold free samples to a client. Ishani worries that Meeta might find out the truth. Pakhi tells her not to worry and encourages her to focus on the rich boy whose number she forwarded.
Bharti regains consciousness and asks about Sumit. Preet tells her that Sumit left her to die. Bharti refuses to believe Preet.
