In today’s episode, Prem and Prerna are excited to see each other. Prerna hugs Prem, leaving Rahi shocked. Prem introduces Rahi to Prerna as his wife. Rahi asks Prem if he knew Prerna earlier. Prerna, in turn, asks Prem if Rahi is his wife. Prem asks both Rahi and Prerna whether they know each other from before. Rahi tells Prem that she is the same girl with whom Prerna had a fight at the mall. Prerna accuses Rahi of being jealous and questions Prem about leaving her without giving closure. Rahi asks what closure she is talking about. Prem tells Rahi that it is an old matter. Prerna reveals that she used to like Prem and had proposed to him, but he disappeared without giving any reply. Anupama overhears Prem and Prerna’s conversation, leaving Rahi shocked.
Rajini and Anupama are greeted by the media. Rajini tells Anupama that the media was uninvited but somehow reached the venue. Anupama tells Rajini that it is not a problem. Rajini thinks that she herself had called the media for publicity, believing that in politics, everything needs hype.
Ishani reaches the shoot location and gets scared when she finds no one around. A boy notices Ishani and smirks, which frightens her further. Meanwhile, Anupama feels restless, sensing that something is wrong. Prerna sees Rajini and makes faces. Rajini tries to speak to Prerna, but Prerna warns her not to try becoming her mother, or she will expose her in front of the media. Rajini worries about her image. Prerna then hugs Anupama in front of Rajini. Anupama asks Rajini to remain patient until Prerna reconciles with her. Rajini breaks down.
Varun asks Rajini about the signature, and Rajini tells him to wait. Prem and Prerna talk to each other, which alerts Leela. Rahi tells Leela that Prem and Prerna are just friends. Leela gives an example of Vanraj and Kavya, making Rahi uncomfortable. Leela and Hasmuk worry about Rahi.
At the shoot location, Ishani notices more girls present. The police raid the place. Ishani requests the police to let her go, explaining that she came there for a shoot, but the police arrest all the girls. Pakhi starts worrying about Ishani. Anupama asks Pakhi about her, but Pakhi tells Anupama to focus on her work and not worry about Ishani. However, Anupama becomes more restless.
Rajini fears that Prerna might expose her in front of Anupama. She decides to take Anupama’s signature before anything goes wrong. Rajini fails to get the signature. Meanwhile, Ishani calls both Pakhi and Anupama, but neither answers. Ishani then calls Jaspreet. Preet learns that Ishani is in trouble and decides to help her.
Anupama bumps into Preet and asks why she is leaving Bharti’s wedding. Preet lies to Anupama, thinking that she is lying because of Ishani. Rahi avoids Prem, but Prem clarifies that during school many girls had crushes on him, and he never gave anyone a chance. He assures Rahi that she is his first love and even asks her to call his friends if she doubts him. Rahi hugs Prem. Anupama feels relieved seeing Rahi and Prem together.
Prerna joins Anupama, and Anupama tells her that Rahi and Prem love each other. Prerna assures Anupama that she no longer has any feelings for Prem.
Later, the pandit asks who will perform the rituals from Bharti’s side. Anupama says that Bharti’s parents have given her the responsibility, so she will perform them. The pandit asks Anupama to arrange the puja. Rajini thinks this is her last chance to get Anupama’s signature before the wedding is completed.

Precap: Rajini forces Anupama to sign the papers, saying it is already very late. Rahi and Prem dance together. Anupama signs the documents. Rahi questions Anupama, reminding her that she had warned her not to sign without reading the papers. Rahi says Anupama made the wrong decision. Anupama is shocked.
