Episode begins with Samar says he will drop Anupamma to school. Anupamma denies him saying Vanraj said he may need him so he should stay in house. Kavya asks Vanraj to not get angry on Anupamma saying she will handle it. Principal’s assistant says Anupamma didn’t picked her call. Principal gets worried. Kavya asks Vanraj to calm down. Vanraj says Anupamma doesn’t care about his deal and job, she just cares about her useless job. Kavya says job is just a job, everyone has to reach on time and she is with him so he need not to worry. He says Kavya served wrongly and says Anupamma is best cook in the world. She mockingly apologize to him for her mistake and says she didn’t learned cooking but was busy completing her MBA.Vanraj serves laddu to his clients saying his wife makes world’s best laddu. Anupamma reaches school. Inspection team members says Anupamma came late. Principal apologize to them on behalf of Anupamma and says they gives importance to discipline and they fires the ones who doesn’t maintain the punctuality. Inspection team member says they will mention this point for sure and leaves from there. Principal says everyone asked her to not appoint housewife but she wanted to prove them wrong and believed housewife can do job too well the way she handles her home. She says not everyone gets chance but without asking Anupamma got this chance but she breaked her trust. Principal fires Anupamma from job and asks her to handle the home saying maybe that’s her right place and takes the identity card from her.
Vanraj happily says they got the deal because of Kavya. Kavya says the deal got finalized because of Anupamma’s food and asks him to go hug her and celebrate it with her and stay away from her. He asks why she is not happy. She says he can give credit to just for woman’s cooking skill like a typical husband. Anupamaa reaches the temple, calls Vanraj and asks his permission to go to her mother’s house. He says he never said she can’t go there and asks her to reach home on time. Anupamaa’s mother says she misses Anupamaa lot today. Bavesh’s son gets excited seeing Anupamaa there. Vanraj recalls how Kavya blamed him saying he can’t give credit to woman for their work skills. Paritosh tells Vanraj that Kinjal’s family coming to meet them in their house. Seeing Paritosh’s sad face, Vanraj says he will try to bring Kavya. Paritosh thanks him for understanding him. Vanraj says career and marriage is two different things so because of marriage his career should not affect. He thinks how to convince Kavya because Anupamaa can’t handle Kinjal’s family.
Anupamaa wears her ghungroo and dances. Leela’s brother says usually this Anupamaa would have reached home. Leela taunts Anupamaa. Paritosh thinks she should not come now. Samar gets worried for her and calls her. Bhavesh says Anupamaa’s ghungroo speaking which she can’t able to do. Anupamaa cries badly hugging her mother and says she lost her job. She says first time she tried to do something by herself so everyone can feel proud of her and she can be proud of herself. She says this job was her identity. She says it was her dream of becoming Anupamaa from mother.
