By Anil Merani| If there is one entertaining character in Bigg Boss 16, it has to be Archana Gautam. Abdu Rozik is cute, but he does not give masala as the above actress-turned-politician gives. Even Shekhar Suman called her the most entertaining contestant
I liked her even during the premiere episode when she joked with host Salman Khan i.e. name similar to Gautam Vij; she is what we call yeda ban kar ped khana.
Her silbatta has become known all over the country
She has had her share of fights with Nimrat Kaur Ahluwalia and Gautam Vig regarding courtesy kitchen duties. We can’t blame her if others gobble up the food before Gautam starts to eat.
Her tone drives most inmates mad even the Bigg Boss asks her to clam up in jest. Among all the beauty pageant winners, she stands out. Manya Singh and Soundarya Sharma have not become famous as desi Archana has.
Interestingly till now, she had not resorted to having a relationship to stay in the race. Her self-stunts are more than enough to make her a strong contender.
She does not make her lack of English prowess a handicap. Instead, she fights double hard in Hindi, like using of word mand budhii
Her complaint of physical manhandling against Shalin Bhanot in the captaincy saw new captain Gautam call for his expulsion. Though Bigg Boss reduced the punishment to two automatic back-to-back nominations saying footage showed that Shalin’s action was not deliberate.
Archana also had a nasty tiff with MC Stan, where Stan abused her, and she threatened to beat him up.
We are still waiting for this Miss Bikini winner to show off her collection in the pool.
Priyanka smartly made Shalin and Archana’s roomie knowing their differences, but even here, she joined up with Tina Datta and Sumbul Touqueer Khan to Prank Shalin
I am sure Archana will emerge even more potent over time, and I see her at least in the top five.
