By Anil Merani: Avinash Mishra, Eisha Singh and Alice Kaushik seem to regard Chahat Pandey as their biggest Bigg Boss 18 threat. No wonder they are going hong-tong after her
I agree; Chahat should not have splashed water on Avinash. Going after her character was a disproportionate response, though. The same pattern is still being followed. The trio suggested that Chahat had the hots for Arfeen Khan based on how they were sitting. Interestingly, Arfeen’s better half, Sara Arfeen Khan, was sitting with them, and if something were wrong, she would have protested why outsiders were doing unnecessary panchayat.
Attacking a woman’s character is the easiest way for people to start losing respect for the concerned lady, and things start going downhill once that happens.
More than Avinash, Eisha, and Alice’s actions disappoint me. As women, did they not realize the implications of their actions? How would they feel if they were in Chahat’s position? Their behaviour does not reflect the respect and support that female contestants should show each other.
We expect better from our female celebs and not the mud-slinging of yore. But it is expecting too much when you are in the game, and targeting someone is a strategy.
If Chahat goes ahead, she should thank the above trio for giving her attention. Had Avinash just ignored Chahat’s rants, the matter would have naturally died down. His chemistry with Eisha is already making head turns, which would have been more positive.
I suspect that something seriously has gone wrong between Avinash and Chahat when they worked together in Dangal TV Nath; hence, they keep going after each other’s throats. Eisha and Alice are riding the gravy train.
Bigg Boss must have been aware of this and must be smiling at their creative casting calls.
I agree; both parties are belligerent, but team Avinash is going below the belt, which is incorrect. Can’t you fight fair, especially when you are numerically superior?
Her run-ins with Vivian also show that she is a serious contender. Vivian Dsena tries to sit on the moral perch when talking to Chahat, hoping to get brownie points, again indicative of her rising graph.
Chahat, on her part, needs to understand that she is rude and aggressive, which is not how you live in a house.
Chahat’s growing friendship with Rajat Dalal could give her opponents more ammunition to attack her character. However, I hope Rajat will rise and defend his friend’s honour. This would be a show of solidarity and a reminder that character attacks have no place in the Bigg Boss house.
