The episode starts with Shayra crying and Noor consoling her. Noor says that nothing will happen to Azaan. She asks her to shift Azaan to shift to city hospital. Shayra says that he’s the only reason for her being alive and Noor says in mind for her too. Doctors insert a chip instead of his teeth with Aadil’s supervision. Noor tries sneaking but her view gets blocked. Sister asks them to get medicine’s and Noor goes to get it. Aadil gives flowers to Shayra as mannat kneeling down and Shayra accepts it. It seemed like as if he’s proposing her and she’s accepting it. Noor comes and misunderstands them. She kooks suspicious at Aadil abd gets Mashuka call. She asks about Azaan and asks who’s with Shayra. Noor says that Aadil is with her. Mashuka gets worried.
Shayra asks about Azaan to sister and they say it everything is completed and he’s fine now. She asks if she can meet him but they deny. Aadil holds Shayra’s hands and says consoling words to her and she thanks him for his prayers. Aadil dances happily as his plan gets succeeded. Noor searches for Aadil and Shayra and calls Shayra. Aadil watches her hiding and he has her phone. Nurse calls Mrs. Mirza and says that patient has gained consciousness and they can meet him. Noor enters inside and Azaan calls her Shayra. He holds her hand but Noor leaves broken hearted. Noor keeps trying Shayra’s mobile but she doesn’t answer. Aadil pretends speaking with Shayra in front of Noor to make her suspicious of their relation too.
Azaan wakes up and asks what happened to him Azaan asks for Shayra and Shayra comes at the exact time. Shayra is about to go yo Azaan and is about to go yo him when Aadil holds her on time. Everyone gets shocked and Azaan falls defeated. Shayra thanks that he’s safe and says how relieved she is now. Azaan texts weird. It’s revealed that Aadil is controlling Azaan with the remote in his hand for the chip installed on his teeth. He acts mad and they call for doctor. Doctor injects him and he falls unconscious. Doctor advises to keep Azaan in observation and do some more tests.
Noor says Shayra that she’s the first person Azaan asked for when he gained conscious. Aadil interrupts them and sends Shayra to Azaan. Noor asks Aadil to not interfere between husband and wife. He once again brings about her love for Azaan and she goes speechless. Aadil smirks seeing it. Doctor says Aadil that along with chip he has given pills too. These pills induce anxiety and will make him mad. The rest will be taken care by the remote. Aadil gets happy.
Shayra comes to Azaan’s room and caresses a sleeping Azaan. He wakes up and tries talking but Shayra asks him to rest. He says that he want to talk with her. Aadil watches hiding.
