By Gossips Tv : In a shocking development, Banijay Asia has reportedly made a last-minute decision to exit the production of the upcoming season of Colors TV’s popular stunt-based reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi. The decision comes despite advanced preparations and locked shoot schedules for contestants including Munawar Faruqui, Orry, and Isha Malviya. The show was slated to go on floors in May 2025, with even the international shoot location reportedly finalized.
According to sources close to the matter, the production house informed Colors of their exit recently, leaving the channel scrambling for alternatives. Host Rohit Shetty is also said to be disappointed with the sudden turn of events.
With Endemol Shine India (a part of Banijay Asia) pulling out, the impact may extend beyond just Khatron Ke Khiladi. The future of Bigg Boss, another flagship reality show currently produced by Endemol Shine in India, has now also come under question. If an agreement isn’t reached between Colors and the production company, Bigg Boss may even move to another broadcaster.
As of now, Colors is exploring all possible solutions to salvage the 2025 season of Khatron Ke Khiladi. Whether a new production house steps in or the show faces indefinite delay remains to be seen.
