The episode starts Bondita telling Tupur that she always stoop up against injustice and didn’t support the wrong things specially injustice to women. She became barrister for that reason to fight for women rights and women should be educated. Bondita reveals she eloped for her love, she didn’t break Sumati’s promise but Tupur lied to Sumati. Sumati learns it. Bondita promises Tupur that she will support the truth only and she believes Anirudh is innocent. Bondita says she will open Anirudh’s case file again. Truth will come out for sure. She prays to Dugga Ma.
One male barrister named Subodh comes to the court. Someone says he didn’t lose any case. Bondita goes to the court and shows her ID card to Inspector. He allows her to meet Anirudh. Bondita gets teary seeing him. Anirudh gets surprised. One lady praises lawyer Subodh’s strategies of handling a case. She asks for his autograph. He gives her autograph and the latter says she wants to become a barrister like him too. Subodh throws the paper at her face saying a woman should not see such dreams. She should learn household chores instead of becoming like men. Such profession doesn’t suit a woman but they should learn how to be polite and decent.
Bondita goes inside the jail and takes Anirudh’s blessings so that she wins the case and proves him innocent. Anirudh hesitates. Subodh says reopening the case file is meaningless as Anirudh himself confessed what he did. There are too many evidences and people who saw him when he killed Chandrachur, so it’s just waste of time. Subodh wonders he will again close the case file by proving Anirudh a murderer.
Bondita tells Anirudh to make her wear the robe. Bondita asks him to wish her all the best as she will fight her first case. Anirudh tells Bondita not to fight the case as she will not win. Bondita says why does he think so. Anirudh says he already made the confession and now nothing can happen. Bondita’s dreams will go to waste because of him. Bondita says he can’t stop her from saving him. She knows the truth is not what has been shown. She is determined and she will stop his punishment for sure. She will get him released.
Subodh meets Trilochan and taunts him saying who reopened the case file. Subodh says he will prove Anirudh a killer and insult the defence lawyer. Bondita requests Anirudh again to make her wear the robe and Anirudh does it. Anirudh thinks he feels proud of Bondita. Bondita tells Anirudh to sign the papers where its written Bondita will fight case on behalf of him. She gives him pen and tells him to check the papers for once. Anirudh signs it without any doubt and leaves.
Subodh waits for Bondita in court and he calls her coward for being late. Bondita comes in and says she is not a coward. Subodh mocks her as she is a woman Barrister. Bondita says she is here to fight case for her husband. Subodh says this robe doesn’t suit women, she should focus on cooking instead. Bondita gives befitting reply to him saying he forgot that his mother is also a woman. If a woman can give birth to a man she is capable of doing everything. When a woman takes stand she changes the history. Suboth stays quiet.
