The episode starts with Doctor informing that they need to perform liver transplantation else it would be difficult to save him. Everyone steps forward to donate their liver except Aditi and Tina. Pragati gets emotional seeing it. Everyone except Aditi and Tina leaves to give test samples.
Pragati comes to Sahas and begs him to accept her liver. He takes her sample and says that she will be back after getting the results. Pragati says that she needs another favor from him. She requests him to meet Ragbir without anyone’s notice and he agrees. He sends her there disguised as a doctor.
Pragati visits Ragbir and recalls the family’s words. She cries hard while Sahas waits outside not letting anyone enter. Pragati asks Ragbir to apologize to her and says that she didn’t do anything to hurt him and asks him to listen to her words. Ragbir calls Pragati and on the other side Sahas sees the doctor coming. He enters and drags Pragati despite her protests and hides her. The doctor comes and informs that one of the family member’s livers matched with Ragbir and Sahas gets happy. He asks whose liver and the doctor reveals it to be Kunti.
Pragati hears it and gets shocked. She recalls Kunti’s planning of killing Ragbir and wonders about her new plan with liver donation and cries.
Kunti is taken into the operation theater. She meets Ragbir’s father outside and asks him to take care of Ragbir if anything happens to her and leaves. The doctor informs that Raghbir’s condition is quite complicated and he can’t assure anything. Pragati hears it and cries.
Sahas consoles them and the doctor leaves for operation. Pragati visits Goddess Devi and prays to save Raghbir’s life. She cries hard falling on the ground. She says that the mistake is hers and why’s he getting punished. She recalls all the things done by Ragbir for her and begs to save his life. The family members get upset on Pragati for not being with Ragbir in such a situation. In the meantime, Pragati prays to give the pain to her and relieve Ragbir of all his pains. She lights camphor on her hand and takes aarti of Goddess to cure Ragbir. Ragbir’s operation takes place and in the meantime, Pragati prays to bear the pain. Sahas stops her and says that Ragbir’s liver transplantation is done and he’s all fine. Pragati gets extremely happy and hugs him thanking him. Sahas gets shocked by it.
Pragati cries hugging him and then breaks the hug. She thanks him and Goddess and leaves running. She sees his whole family outside the ward and immediately hides. The doctor comes out and says that both are absolutely fine and will be shifted to normal ward soon. Everyone gets happy. Pragati wonders how will she meet Ragbir. Sahas makes the excuse for food and sends everyone to canteen. Later he asks Pragati to visit Ragbir. Harshit visits his mom and removes the oxygen mask on her. They both laugh hard all of a sudden. It’s revealed that she didn’t undergo any surgery.
