The episode starts with Aanchal asks Rano why doesn’t she leave to her home so they can have peace in this house. Rano says she will leave from here and asks them to bring Lakshmi here. Aanchal comments on it to Rano.
Rishi brings Lakshmi to the hospital along with others and requests the hospital staff to treat Lakshmi quickly saying she is stuck in the cold storage room. The doctor checks Lakshmi and takes her to the ICU. Shalu asks the doctor to save Lakshmi at any cost. The doctor agrees.
Neelam asks Rano and Aanchal to stop their argument and says they have to behave maturely instead of fighting like this. Aanchal and Karishma say to Neelam that she doesn’t know what Rano was speaking about. Neelam comments on it.
Harleen gets a call from Rishi. Rishi says to Harleen that Lakshmi is admitted in the hospital. Harleen and others hearing it worry about Lakshmi and they leave to the hospital.
Kiran calls Malishka and scolds her as she said that she will kill Lakshmi but Rishi saved Lakshmi and admitted her in the hospital. Malishka says she knows about it and says she is in the hospital. Kiran comments on Malishka as she is there and she isn’t able to do anything. Kiran asks Malishka to back down if she is failing like this and says Lakshmi’s luck is really good and says her luck always saves her. Malishka says to Kiran that she will not back down until Lakshmi is dead or she has a strong reason to back down and comments on it.
Malishka sees Balwinder and cuts the call. Balwinder asks Malishka what is Rishi doing here. Malishka says Rishi came here for her and asks Balwinder to leave from here.
Balwinder sees the Oberoi family has come to the hospital and thinks why have they come here. The Oberoi family asks Rishi what happened. Rishi says to everyone that someone tried to kill Lakshmi by locking her in the cold storage and says the room door has also been welded from outside so that Lakshmi will not be able to escape from the cold storage. Harleen asks Rishi and others who would want to hurt Lakshmi. Rishi says he doesn’t know. Ayush and Shalu say they have to find out who is trying to hurt Lakshmi. Rishi says he has a way and takes Ayush and Shalu away from there.
Rishi, Ayush and Shalu request the hospital receptionist to allow them to see the CCTV footage after telling her what happened with Lakshmi. The receptionist allows them to check the CCTV footage at their insistence.
Malishka sees Kiran has come to the hospital. Malishka says to Kiran that Rishi wants to find out who has locked Lakshmi in the cold storage. Malishka says she will definitely be recorded in the cctv footage and asks Kiran to do something about it. Kiran comments on it.
Harleen says to Overoi family he doesn’t understand who would want to harm Lakshmi. Rano says this is definitely done by Anushka and comments on it.
Neel asks Anushka to calm down and have some tea. Anushka doesn’t agree. Neel asks Anushka what does she want. Anushka says she wants Ayush and Shalu to be seperated and comments on it.
Malishka prays to God and hopes that Lakshmi will die soon.
