The episode starts with Lakshmi escaping Doctor’s clutches by biting his hand and calls for Rishi. Rishi feels that Lakshmi is calling him so he gets out of the car.
Ayush and Shalu knock out the nurse and think they have to get to Lakshmi before the mental asylum staff.
Lakshmi asks the doll if it is ok or if it got hurt.
Malishka’s car breaks down in the middle and decides to book a cab to go to mental asylum.
The doctor gets distracted with a mental patient. Lakshmi runs away from there. The doctor asks the nurse to handle this mental patient.
Malishka calls the doctor and asks the doctor if everything is alright. The doctor says everything is fine. Malishka warns the doctor that if Lakshmi escapes from the mental asylum then she will teach him a lesson. Malishka cuts the call. Malishka later takes a lift and goes to the mental asylum.
The doctor calls the security guard and asks the security guard to make sure that nobody enters the mental asylum and vice versa.
Shalu and Ayush see Lakshmi. Lakshmi hides from Shalu and Ayush. Shalu says to Lakshmi that she is her sister. Lakshmi says her sister is not a man. Shalu takes off her disguise and shows that it is her sister. Shalu convinces Lakshmi that they should go outside to meet Mintu. Lakshmi agrees to go with them.
Ayush leaves first. Shalu tries to take Lakshmi away from there. The doctor catches Lakshmi. The doctor understands that the mental patient before was Shalu’s sister. The doctor asks Shalu to leave. The doctor holds Lakshmi’s neck and puts her against the wall. Rishi comes into the mental asylum. Rishi sees the doctor holding Lakshmi against the wall. The doctor sees Rishi.
Lakshmi comes to Rishi and complaints to Rishi about the doctor. Rishi asks Shalu to take Lakshmi away from here.
Rishi beats up the doctor. Lakshmi encourages Rishi to hit the doctor. Shalu asks Lakshmi to come with her. Lakshmi doesn’t agree to it. Rishi sends Lakshmi and Shalu away.
It is shown Rishi enters the mental asylum by beating up the watchman.
Ayush, Shalu and Lakshmi run into the watchman. The watchman stops them. Ayush holds off the watchman and asks Shalu and Lakshmi to leave.
The other mental asylum staff go after Lakshmi. Shalu and Lakshmi hide behind a car. Shalu sees one of the mental asylum staff near her. Shalu asks Lakshmi to stay here. Shalu goes and baits the mental asylum staff and takes them away from there. Lakshmi sees an ice cream vehicle and she goes after it.
When Shalu returns after getting ridding of him she notices Lakshmi is missing.
The doctor calls Sonal and gives her the bad news that Lakshmi escaped from the mental asylum.
Ayush, Bani and Rishi come to the car and they don’t see Shalu and Lakshmi. They think where are they.
