The doctor emerges after examining Lakshmi, and Neelam inquires about her condition. The doctor explains that due to the cold, Lakshmi’s organs have been damaged, placing her in critical condition, and urges them to pray for her recovery.
Meanwhile, Rishi, Shalu, and Ayush review the CCTV footage. Ayush questions why Malishka is present, to which Rishi and Shalu explain that she came for a check-up. They observe Lakshmi wearing a doctor’s coat and searching for something. A nurse mentions that someone tore a page from the register, suggesting that this person might be responsible for Lakshmi’s condition. They decide to check the cold storage CCTV footage located in the basement. Malishka intercepts them, informing them of Lakshmi’s dire condition, prompting them to head to her ward. Malishka then calls Kiran, asking her to destroy the basement footage. Kiran sees Balwinder heading that way and assures Malishka that she will handle it.
Rishi inquires about Lakshmi’s condition from the family. Neelam conveys that it’s not good. The doctor comes out, stating that Lakshmi is fighting for her life. Inside, Lakshmi regains consciousness and murmurs Rishi’s name. The nurse informs the doctor, who then allows Rishi to see her. Shalu, seeking the truth, encounters Balwinder, who escapes with Kiran’s assistance. Kiran advises Balwinder that they need to destroy the basement footage to protect both him and Malishka.
In Lakshmi’s room, Rishi holds her hand, tearfully apologizing and blaming himself for her state. The nurse encourages him to stay strong for Lakshmi. Rishi reassures Lakshmi that she will recover and urges her to fight back. Lakshmi attempts to tell him something important, possibly about her pregnancy, but loses consciousness before she can. Distressed, Rishi calls for the doctor, who checks on Lakshmi and insists that Rishi leave the room. Despite his reluctance, the doctor forces him out.
