The episode begins with Rishi telling Ayush that he can’t bear to see Lakshmi in such a condition. He says that even in this state, she’s asking him not to cry. Rishi pleads with Neelam to save Lakshmi and leaves the room. Daadi follows him to console him.
Meanwhile, Balwinder and Kiran sneak into the basement CCTV room. Balwinder hears a noise, and Kiran suggests they steal the hard drive. Balwinder steps out to check the source of the sound and sees Shalu. She calls out to him from the other side of a mirror, and Balwinder panics, running back inside the room.
Aanchal and the others decide to call the police to catch the culprit. Aanchal tells Neelam that Lakshmi is Rishi’s entire life. Balwinder warns Kiran and escapes through a window, while Kiran hides the hard drive. Shalu enters the room and searches for Balwinder. Meanwhile, Karishma tells Neelam that Lakshmi must leave the Oberoi house, claiming her presence will affect Ayush’s life as well. Neelam reluctantly agrees. Rishi prays desperately for Lakshmi’s recovery.
The doctor reviews Lakshmi’s reports and informs the nurse that Lakshmi is pregnant, calling it good news. Malishka and Neelam try to reassure Rishi, but he tells Malishka that she can’t understand true love because she has never truly loved anyone. Hurt and angry, Malishka asks how he could insult her love and storms out.
Kiran comes out of hiding once Shalu leaves the room. However, Shalu hears a noise and suspects someone is still inside, so she locks the CCTV room door. She calls Ayush, saying she thinks she caught the culprit and asks him to come to the basement. Kiran overhears their conversation from inside the room.
Elsewhere, the nurse comes out to check the hallway but finds no one. She then sees Malishka and tells her that Lakshmi and her baby are fine, which leaves Malishka frustrated.
Ayush arrives and joins Shalu. They enter the room, hoping to catch Balwinder, but find it empty — revealing that Kiran had escaped through the window. Shalu feels disappointed, but Ayush encourages her not to lose hope. They start checking the CCTV footage, but the power suddenly goes out. Shalu tells Ayush that the hospital staff might get angry if they check the footage without permission, so they decide to leave.
Later, Malishka sneaks into Lakshmi’s room and furiously scolds her for coming between her and Rishi. She threatens to kill Lakshmi and her baby, even confessing that she locked herself in the cold storage to frame Lakshmi — insisting that Rishi belongs only to her. Malishka grabs a pillow to suffocate Lakshmi, but Rishi walks in and catches her. When he asks what she’s doing, Malishka quickly lies, saying she was just adjusting the pillow. Rishi tells her he’ll take care of it.
