The episode starts with Rishi asking Guddu and Balwinder what they are doing there. Guddu says they were looking for water. Rishi tells Guddu and Balwinder that it is not good for them to roam around his house like this. He explains that this part of the house belongs to his family only. Guddu says his friend is feeling weak and needs some water with salt and sugar. Rishi asks Mukesh to bring some saltwater and sweet water for Balwinder. Mukesh agrees and leaves. Guddu and Balwinder praise Rishi. Rishi then leaves.
Anushka asks Karishma to do something, fearing that her marriage will be destroyed. Karishma advises Anushka to control herself and assures her that no one can destroy her marriage. Anushka agrees, and Karishma leaves.
Harleen tells Lakshmi that Dolly wants to say something to her. Dolly praises Lakshmi for decorating the house beautifully.
Anushka lashes out in her room, frustrated that Ayush is always thinking about Shalu instead of her. She calms herself down and decides not to cry because of Shalu. She adjusts her makeup.
The diamond smuggler marks a room with chalk on the door, planning to hide the Pandit there.
Balwinder and Guddu talk to each other. Mukesh serves water to them and notices that Guddu’s disguise is slipping. Mukesh questions Guddu, asking if they are there to steal. Balwinder knocks Mukesh out by hitting him on the back of his head with a vase and makes a comment about him.
The diamond smuggler tells David that he found a room where they can hide the Pandit. David agrees.
Rishi approaches Lakshmi and compliments her decoration. Lakshmi playfully comments that he’s not praising her from the heart.
Rohan and Parvati advise Lakshmi to smile when others are praising her. Rishi asks them what they are doing, and they make a joke about it. Parvati insists that Rishi praises her, which he does. Parvati then tells Lakshmi that this is how she should smile when Rishi compliments her.
Lakshmi tries to leave, but her hair gets tangled with Rishi’s shirt. Rishi offers to help untangle it, and Lakshmi eventually leaves. Rishi leaves shortly after.
Rohan and Parvati call out to Shalu, who praises them for doing a good job.
Lakshmi runs into Harleen. Harleen thanks Lakshmi for coming into their home, saying that ever since she arrived, good things have been happening. Lakshmi clarifies that she hasn’t fully returned to the house, but Harleen insists she shouldn’t talk like that. She encourages Lakshmi to allow Rishi to win her heart and possibly start afresh.
Balwinder drags Mukesh into a room and knocks him out. Guddu asks Balwinder if they are there to kidnap Lakshmi or kill someone. Balwinder replies that he will kill anyone who gets in his way. Anushka overhears their conversation from the bathroom. After Balwinder and Guddu leave, Anushka decides to inform everyone about the goons plotting to abduct Lakshmi.
Anushka runs into Kiran and tells her that some people have entered the house in disguise and plan to abduct Lakshmi, mentioning that one of them is named Balwinder. As she prepares to tell everyone, Kiran stops her and reveals Balwinder’s past with Lakshmi and the Oberoi family. Kiran suggests that they let Balwinder kidnap Lakshmi so that Shalu will leave the house as well. Anushka agrees to stay quiet and even offers to help Balwinder if needed.
Ansh tries to talk to Ayush about Shalu, but Ayush avoids the topic. Karishma arrives and pulls Ayush away from Ansh.
Ayush thanks Karishma for her timing. Karishma scolds Ayush for lashing out at Anushka. Ayush explains that Anushka mistreated Shalu, but Karishma says she is aware of the situation. She assures Ayush that his situation will not turn out like Rishi, Lakshmi, and Malishka, and that she will support Anushka only.
Pinter, the diamond smuggler, disguises himself as the Pandit and tells David that he will use this disguise to get close to Ganesha and steal the diamonds. David finds Mukesh unconscious, and Pinter suspects that someone else is there besides them.
Balwinder tells Guddu that Lakshmi belongs to him and no one else. Pinter overhears part of their conversation and mistakenly believes they are part of another gang trying to steal the diamonds.
The boss calls Pinter to check on the situation. Pinter assures him that everything is fine and promises to get the diamonds by 10:30 pm. The boss later speaks to David and learns that another gang is after the diamonds. He scolds Pinter for not informing him and orders him to retrieve the diamonds as soon as possible.
Ayush calls Anushka. When Anushka arrives, she asks why he called her. Ayush confronts her about complaining to Karishma about him. Anushka explains that she only shared the situation with Karishma. Ayush argues with her and finally admits that he loves Shalu.
