The episode begins with Rishi telling Malishka that he will stay with Lakshmi and asking her to leave. Malishka reluctantly leaves. Meanwhile, Kiran, stumbling as she walks, thinks to herself that everything she’s doing is for her daughter. She meets Malishka and reminds her that they stole the drive together. Noticing Malishka’s distress, Kiran asks what’s wrong. Malishka reveals that Lakshmi is pregnant. Kiran, surprised, says they already suspected this because of Guru Maa. Malishka wonders why Lakshmi kept the pregnancy a secret and how her baby could still be alive. She asks Kiran if they know anyone who can confirm Lakshmi’s pregnancy. Kiran suggests her friend’s daughter, Dr. Jyoti, might help.
Meanwhile, Rishi sits by Lakshmi’s bedside, apologizing for his past mistakes and promising to keep her happy. Shalu and Ayush see him, and Shalu comments on how deeply Rishi loves Lakshmi. Ayush agrees, saying he wants to love someone as selflessly as Rishi loves Lakshmi.
Kiran and Malishka meet Jyoti, asking her to check if Lakshmi’s baby is truly alive. Jyoti is hesitant, but Kiran convinces her. Kiran insists that Lakshmi’s family must be kept away during the checkup, and Malishka assures her she’ll handle it. Meanwhile, Shalu cries, and Ayush consoles her.
Neelam decides to talk to Rishi and calls him outside Lakshmi’s room. She tells him to stay away, but Rishi insists he has permission to stay with Lakshmi and returns to her room.
Elsewhere, Rano badmouths the Oberoi family over the phone, and Aanchal overhears. A confrontation ensues, and Dadi steps in to ask why they’re arguing. Back at the hospital, Malishka creates a scene, claiming Kiran has fallen and had a heart attack, sending everyone rushing to Kiran’s room. With the family distracted, Malishka sneaks Jyoti into Lakshmi’s room. After examining Lakshmi, Jyoti confirms that she is pregnant and her baby is indeed alive.
The Oberoi family returns to Kiran’s room, only to find her perfectly fine. Rishi confronts her, asking why Malishka said she had a heart attack. Kiran brushes it off, saying she’s okay. Just then, Lakshmi’s primary doctor arrives and questions Jyoti about why she was checking her patient without permission. Malishka quickly lies, claiming Lakshmi was Jyoti’s patient first. However, Lakshmi’s doctor insists she had no idea and decides to inform Rishi about the pregnancy. Malishka panics, wondering how to stop her.
Meanwhile, Aanchal complains to Neelam about Rano’s behavior, and Neelam sternly warns Rano to stay in her limits.
