The episode begins with Malishka pleading with the doctor not to inform Rishi about Lakshmi’s pregnancy. She explains that Lakshmi has planned a surprise for Rishi, and revealing the pregnancy would ruin it. The doctor, concerned, tells Malishka that there’s a problem — the nurse has already taken the reports to hand them over to Rishi.
Meanwhile, Balwinder is confused by the chaos in the hospital and demands answers from Kiran. Kiran snaps at him, instructing him to take a hard drive containing the CCTV footage and leave without drawing attention. She promises to collect it from him later, and Balwinder reluctantly agrees.
The nurse approaches the receptionist, requesting Rishi’s contact number. Malishka intervenes, claiming there’s no need to inform Rishi as Lakshmi wants to surprise him and the family with the pregnancy news later. The nurse, convinced, hands the reports to Malishka.
Rishi sits beside Lakshmi, urging her to wake up as he misses her dearly. The doctor observes Rishi’s unwavering love for Lakshmi and praises his devotion.
Curious about the hard drive, Balwinder connects it to a device and discovers footage of Malishka attempting to harm Lakshmi. Shocked and furious, he decides to expose Malishka and rushes towards the hospital. On the way, his car breaks down. He spots Anushka and Neel, explains the situation, and asks for their help to reach the hospital. They agree, and Anushka secretly calls Malishka to warn her. However, Malishka dismisses the call.
Anushka persistently calls again and finally warns Malishka that Balwinder is coming to expose her, urging her to handle the situation before it spirals out of control.
At the hospital, Rishi shares fond memories with Lakshmi, pleading with her to stay with him. Moved by his words, Lakshmi opens her eyes. Rishi, overjoyed, begs her not to close her eyes again.
Balwinder arrives and confronts Malishka, grabbing her by the neck and demanding to know why she tried to kill Lakshmi. Before he can reveal anything, Anushka hits Balwinder on the head from behind, knocking him unconscious. Malishka instructs them to get rid of Balwinder.
As Rishi reassures Lakshmi that he will never leave her side, Neel ties the unconscious Balwinder to a wheelchair. Malishka orders Anushka to hide Balwinder at her place. Anushka agrees but makes it clear that Malishka must return the favor when needed. They strike a deal, sealing their twisted alliance.
