The episode starts with Anushka hugging Neel at his request, and she later sends him away. Shalu looks at Anushka and wonders why she is standing in some corner. Shalu approaches Anushka and asks what she is doing there.
Kiran approaches Malishka and asks what happened. Malishka says she has been vomiting. Kiran asks if she ate anything unhealthy. Malishka replies no. Kiran tells Malishka to stay there and leaves.
Rishi sees Lakshmi from afar. He uses a mirror and reflects light onto Lakshmi to tease her. Lakshmi walks up to Rishi and asks him not to do it, as she is working. She then takes the mirror from him.
Shalu asks Anushka what she is hiding. Anushka notices Neel behind a standee. Anushka argues with Shalu and comments that Shalu should stop interfering with Ayush. Anushka then leaves.
Shalu sees Ayush and asks why he hasn’t told Anushka what she said to him. Shalu explains that because of this, Anushka is still misunderstanding her. Ayush teases Shalu about it, saying that she is the one who told Anushka there’s something between Ayush and Shalu, and he likes it. Aanchal overhears their conversation. She asks Ayush if Neelam knows about it. Ayush tells her it is all a misunderstanding. Aanchal says she has to go and tell the truth to Neelam and Karishma, and she leaves.
Lakshmi notices that a Diya has been blown out. She prepares to relight it. Rishi comes to her and says he wasn’t flirting with her earlier and that she is truly the most beautiful woman he knows. He then places a black dot behind her ear before walking away.
Shalu runs into Rano. Shalu says there is a big misunderstanding. Rano asks what happened. Ayush approaches Rano. Shalu explains that when she came here for Karwa Chauth, she told Anushka she observed a fast for Ayush. Rano comments on Shalu and Ayush after hearing this. Rano doesn’t listen to what Ayush and Shalu try to explain. She advises Ayush that if he wants to be with Shalu, he needs to divorce Anushka and marry Shalu, nothing less. She doesn’t listen to their attempts to clear the misunderstanding and leaves.
Kiran brings a pregnancy kit to Malishka and asks her to check it. Malishka goes to the washroom and later comes out. Kiran checks the pregnancy kit and confirms that Malishka is pregnant. Kiran congratulates Malishka and goes to share the good news with the Oberoi family. Malishka tries to stop Kiran, but Kiran doesn’t listen. She comes in front of everyone and announces that Malishka is pregnant.
