The episode starts with Malishka telling Kiran how Balwinder found out that she tried to kill Lakshmi. She explains that Balwinder threatened to expose her, so she made him unconscious and sent him to Neel and Anushka’s house. Kiran asks how she can trust them. Malishka assures her that they are on their side.
Meanwhile, the doctor asks Rishi to wait outside while she talks to Lakshmi. Lakshmi gets emotional, and Rishi leaves. The doctor advises Lakshmi not to worry, as stress isn’t good for her baby. Lakshmi is shocked and asks if the doctor told Rishi about her pregnancy. The doctor replies that she didn’t, as it’s Lakshmi’s responsibility to share the good news with her family. Just then, a nurse informs the doctor about an emergency case, and she leaves.
Rishi informs Shalu and Ayush that Lakshmi has regained consciousness. Shalu feels elated and rushes to meet her. Meanwhile, an unconscious Balwinderb falls down as Neel and Anushka try to take him out. Rano arrives and notices Anushka.
Shalu meets Lakshmi and feels overjoyed. On the other hand, Rano confronts Anushka about her double standards. Rishi and the others bring Lakshmi home. Kiran sees this and informs Malishka, who becomes frustrated.
Rishi brings Lakshmi back from the hospital and expresses that his life is meaningless without her. Later, Lakshmi learns from Rano that Anushka was responsible for halting Shalu’s engagement. Lakshmi is shocked and says she will confront Anushka, but Shalu stops her, saying it’s not necessary.
Kiran questions Neelam about when Lakshmi will leave the Oberoi house. Neelam makes a comment about it. Malishka pretends to be understanding in front of Neelam and then leaves.
Meanwhile, Rishi brings food for Lakshmi and feeds her. Malishka watches them and burns with jealousy. Later, Ayush drops Shalu and Rano home. Before leaving, he kisses Shalu on the cheek, making her feel shy.
Rishi and Lakshmi spend quality time together. Meanwhile, Malishka, unable to bear the situation, tells Neelam that she is upset with the family and decides to leave the house.
