The episode starts with Bablu trying to convince Balwinder to take him away from the Oberoi mansion. Balwinder says he has to talk to Malishka. Bablu comments on Balwinder and tells him that he can go into the Oberoi mansion alone. Balwinder enters the Oberoi mansion alone.
Balwinder sees Malishka and approaches her. Malishka asks Balwinder what he is doing there. Balwinder says he wants to talk to her. Malishka says she doesn’t want to talk to him and asks him to leave. Malishka spots Rishi and leaves from there. Rishi notices Balwinder.
Ayush and Shalu see Malishka running away. Ayush and Shalu also spot Balwinder. Shalu goes after Malishka.
Rishi catches Balwinder and asks him why he came there.
Malishka turns off the fuse so that Balwinder can escape. Shalu witnesses this. The lights go off, and Balwinder escapes from Rishi and Ayush.
Malishka later restores the fuse. Rishi asks Ayush to inform security and catch Balwinder. Malishka leaves from there. Shalu observes Malishka’s actions.
Malishka goes to her room, looks at herself in the mirror, and lashes out at herself because her mistake has ruined everything. Malishka throws things at the mirror in frustration.
Rishi enters the room. He sees the mess and asks her what happened. Malishka lies, saying that Balwinder threw these things and escaped through the window when she tried to catch him. Rishi says he will not allow Balwinder to enter the mansion again and mentions that he will complain to the police. Malishka asks him not to complain, saying it will ruin their reputation, and advises him to tighten the security instead. Rishi agrees. He helps Malishka clean the room. Meanwhile, Malishka secretly hides a pregnancy kit from Rishi.
Shalu tells Rano that Malishka helped Balwinder escape and that she needs to find out the connection between them. Rano agrees. Kiran thinks Malishka has ruined her own life by becoming pregnant with Balwinder’s child, and the Oberois will throw her out. She decides to do something to help Malishka. Shalu also expresses concern for Lakshmi and Paro’s safety. Rano asks her not to worry.
Kiran decides to bring Malishka home herself before anyone ousts her. Suddenly, she gets an idea and smiles.
The next day, Lakshmi applies dhoop to every corner of the house. Rishi shifts places so he can see her. Lakshmi smiles, and they share cute moments. Karishma comes there and asks Rishi where Neelam is. Neelam arrives shortly after. Karishma says it’s an emergency and takes Neelam and Rishi to Rishi’s room. Karishma tells them that Malishka has a high fever and that Sonal informed her about it. She says they didn’t even know about it.
Neelam checks on Malishka and confirms she has a high fever. She asks Rishi to call the doctor, but Malishka stops him and says she just needs him to stay with her. Lakshmi overhears the conversation. Malishka pleads with Rishi to stay with her. Rishi looks on, conflicted by her request.
