The episode starts with the Doctor saying to Rishi that he can’t take Lakshmi away from here. Rishi asks the doctor to leave them if not he will realise the snake. The doctor asks Rishi to give up on Lakshmi. Rishi tries to escape with Lakshmi but a ward boy hits Rishi on the back of his head. Rishi loses consciousness. The doctor asks the ward boy to take the snake away from here. The ward boy takes the snake away.
The doctor asks Lakshmi to go inside if not he will hurt Rishi. Lakshmi hearing this agrees to go to her room. Lakshmi goes with the nurse. The doctor thinks Rishi and Lakshmi will love each other.
The nurse asks Lakshmi to stop dreaming of getting out of this mental asylum. The nurse leaves from there.
Balwinder and the doctor put Rishi in a van. The doctor meets Malishka. Malishka asks the doctor to keep Lakshmi for tonight and says he needs to handover Lakshmi to Balwinder tomorrow. The doctor agrees. The doctor gives Rishi’s phone to Malishka and later leaves from there. Malishka later sends a message through Rishi’s phone and switches off his phone. Balwinder takes Rishi away from there. Malishka thinks her good time is going to start after Lakshmi’s game is over.
Karishma and Neelam argue with Harleen saying Rishi is not accepting the fact that Lakshmi can never be cured and he is only thinking about Lakshmi all the time. Harleen argues with Neelam and Karishma that Lakshmi will get better soon. Neelam argues saying Lakshmi needs to get treatment for her to get better but Rishi is not allowing that to happen. Ayush says to Neelam that Rishi is trying to make Lakshmi get better and reminds them that Rishi was the one who helped Lakshmi overcome her fear of fire. Neelam says she just wants Rishi to be back to normal. Neelam says if that doesn’t happen then she will take the decision for Rishi and everyone has to accept her decision. Neelam leaves from there.
Ayush asks Harleen what is Rishi talking about. Harleen says to Ayush that after what happened with Lakshmi, Neelam thinks Rishi will only be happy with Malishka so she might think of doing Rishi’s marriage with Malishka.
Kiran worried about Malishka. Sonal comforts Kiran. Malishka comes in a happy mood to Kiran and says everything went well. Kiran feels relieved hearing this and later leaves from there. Malishka says to Sonal that now her plan will definitely succeed.
Balwinder brings unconscious Rishi to a warehouse and beats him up to take his revenge on him. Balwinder later takes the many from Rishi’s purse and leaves from there.
Ayush thinks Lakshmi doesn’t get the love that she deserves. Ayush sees the message from Rishi’s phone saying Rishi will come home tomorrow and asks Ayush not to worry about him.
