The episode starts with the doctor saying to the Oberoi family that Neelam has just a few scratches and she is safe. The doctor later leaves from there. Rishi apologises to Neelam on behalf of Lakshmi. Neelam asks Rishi not to apologise to her as he wasn’t the one who made a mistake. Harleen says to Rishi that he shouldn’t have punished Lakshmi as she hasn’t done that intentionally. Neelam argues with Harleen as she is defending Lakshmi even now. Neelam says no kid has ever done this kind of thing. Harleen reminds that when Sonia was a kid, She mixed rat poison in Virendra’s coffee. It was a good thing that Virendra hadn’t drunk that coffee at that time as he felt weird seeing the colour of the coffee. Sonia says she thought it was a mint and says she was mistaken and says it was never her intention to kill Virendra. Harleen says Lakshmi made a mistake and hasn’t done this wantonly. Neelam asks Harleen to leave it and comments on her. Ayush says Lakshmi might have told the truth. Karishma asks Ayush to shut up.
Lakhsmi prays to God and wishes that Neelam will get well soon. Lakshmi asks God to tell everyone that she hasn’t done anything.
It is shown Sonia says to Rishi that if he doesn’t throw Lakshmi out of the house she will throw Lakshmi out of the house. Sonia tries to throw Lakshmi out of the house. Rishi stops Sonia. Rishi says to his family that Lakshmi will stay here as he made a promise to Lakshmi that he will stay with her. Sonia and Karishma object to it. Rishi says to Karishma that he will never forgive anyone who tries to hurt Neelam. Rishi says to Lakshmi that she will be punished for her mistake and says he will never talk to her from today onwards. Lakshmi says to Rishi that she will cry if she doesn’t talk to him. Rishi doesn’t listen to Lakshmi and leaves from there.
Lakshmi asks God to set everything right. Shalu and Bani comfort Lakshmi. Lakshmi says to God that if he doesn’t set everything she will never talk to him again.
Lakshmi comes to Neelam to take care of her but Neelam doesn’t allow Lakshmi to enter her room and asks Lakshmi to leave saying she doesn’t want to see her face again. Lakshmi leaves from there.
Rishi looks at the doll gifted to Lakshmi. Rishi speaks to the doll as if he is speaking to Lakshmi. Rishi says to Lakshmi that anything might have happened to Neelam and says all of this house would have been destroyed.
Lakshmi comes to Rishi and says to Rishi that she wants to take care of Neelam and help her get better but she is not allowing her to enter the room. Lakshmi asks Rishi to go and talk to Neelam. Rishi doesn’t speak a word and goes to the washroom.
Lakshmi feels heartbroken as Rishi is not talking to her. Lakshmi complaints to the doll about Rishi.
