The episode starts with Rishi enjoying a moment with Lakshmi. Rishi tells Lakshmi what she has to do after she reaches the hotel. Lakshmi agrees. Rishi asks Lakshmi if she understood everything. Lakshmi says yes. Rishi teases Lakshmi.
Virendra comes to Neelam and asks Neelam why is she in a hurry to do Lakshmi’s marriage? Neelam asks Virendra what is he worried about? Virendra reminds Neelam that they met Malhotra’s only twice and they didn’t even go to their house till now. Neelam asks Virendra if he trusts her.
Rishi says to Lakshmi that she has to take this file. Rishi and Lakshmi reach for the file at the same time and they touch their hand but they come out of a trance after a while. Rishi says to Lakshmi that this project is very important to him and says to Lakshmi not to be nervous. Lakshmi teases Rishi. Rishi comments on Lakshmi. Lakshmi asks Rishi not to worry and says she will handle it. Lakshmi catches Rishi who is about to fall when she takes a step.
Virendra stays silent. Neelam says to Virendra that this match is good. Neelam asks Virendra if she felt Vikrant is bad. Neelam reminds Virendra that the matchmaker has a really good reputation and asks Virendra not to worry and trust her.
Rishi helps Lakshmi stand and when they are about to leave they run into Ayush and Shalu. Rishi and Ayush collide their heads, Lakshmi and Shalu collide their heads. Rishi and Ayush collude their heads again along with Lakshmi and Shalu.
Rishi asks Aysuh and Shalu why did they come here? Shalu says they don’t want Lakshmi and Vikrant’s marriage to happen. Lakshmi says to Ayush and Shalu that they will not try to stop this marriage. Lakshmi convinces Ayush and Shalu and takes promise from them that they will not try to stop this marriage. Lakshmi hugs Ayush and Shalu and leaves from there.
Neelam thinks today Lakshmi is going to the Ministry and worries if Lakshmi will survive today or not. Neelam decides not to think about it. Neelam calls Anjana and gives her the good news that the marriage date is fixed on the 20th. Anjana feels happy hearing the news. Neelam tells Anjana that they should meet to discuss what should they do. Anjana agrees. Neelam cuts the call.
Anjana shares the good news with Saloni that marriage date is fixed and it is 20th. Saloni says it is pretty soon and they have a lot of work to do and thinks if they work hard they can manage. Anjana tells Saloni what they have to do for the marriage. Saloni agrees with Anjana.
Ayush and Shalu think about how can Lakshmi take this kind of promise from them. Ayush and Shalu what should they do? Malishka eavesdrops on their conversation and feels happy seeing Ayush and Shalu troubled.
Neelam thinks if Lakshmi survives today then they the marriage talks will go forward if not they will be stopped.
Lakshmi waits in line in the ministry. Lakshmi sees an old woman who came to meet the minister as her grandson is missing and she complained to the police but they are not taking any action. Lakshmi hopes that the old lady will find her grandson soon.
Lakshmi comes to the reception and says she came to meet Minister DayaSagar. The receptionist gets a call from the secretary of the Minister and asks the receptionist to allow Lakshmi to come inside. The receptionist agrees and gives the Id card to Lakshmi.
