The episode begins with Malishka whispering to the goon. Neelam feels like she heard a voice and goes to check. Karishma enters the room and tells Neelam that Mukesh saw a man entering their house disguised in a saree. She also mentions overhearing Ayush and Shalu’s conversation, as well as Rishi and Lakshmi’s. Karishma suspects that Anushka might have sent the intruder. Hearing this, Neelam comments on Anushka and vows to teach her a lesson once the engagement is over.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi asks Shalu to stay at the Oberoi mansion, fearing that Anushka might try to harm her. Shalu agrees, and Ayush offers his room for her stay.
Neel returns to his room, where Anushka shows him a bottle of kerosene. She threatens to kill herself if he doesn’t help her. Neel refuses, but Anushka pours the kerosene over herself. Shocked, Neel asks if she has lost her mind. Anushka ignores him and looks for a matchstick to set herself on fire. Unfazed, Neel pulls out a cigarette lighter and lights it.
Back at the Oberoi mansion, Ayush tells Shalu that he and Rishi will sleep in his room while she and Lakshmi can stay in Lakshmi’s room. However, Rishi reminds them that Shalu needs Rano’s permission to stay. Lakshmi assures them that she will speak to Rano and is confident that she will allow it. Ayush is pleased and confirms that Shalu will stay.
Neel challenges Anushka, daring her to go through with her threat. He calls her bluff, saying he knows she values her life too much to actually do it. He accuses her of trying to fool him by mixing water with the kerosene. Dismissing her, he orders her to leave. Desperate, Anushka begs him for help and suddenly hugs him.
Later, Shalu bids goodnight to Rishi and Lakshmi. Ayush, expecting the same, looks at her hopefully. Shalu finally says goodnight to him, but Ayush keeps staring at her until Rishi playfully drags him away.
Meanwhile, Malishka notices that Neelam is asleep and, with the help of the goon, sneaks Balwinder out of the room. Shalu, sensing movement in the dark, calls out, asking who is there. She then alerts the entire Oberoi family. Neelam asks what happened, and Shalu explains that she saw someone. Malishka manages to take Balwinder away before anyone sees him. Neelam switches on the lights, and the Oberoi family finds the goon. Rishi and Ayush catch him, but the goon pretends to be unconscious. The family comments on the situation.
Malishka, speaking to an unconscious Balwinder, vows to do anything to keep Lakshmi away from her life. She ties Balwinder’s mouth and locks him in the trunk of a car. Karishma tells the family that they should inform Anushka that her man has been caught. Lakshmi recalls seeing someone at Anushka’s house when she had gone to warn her to stay away from Shalu and suspects it might be the same person. Malishka arrives and realizes that her man has been caught. She quickly informs Kiran. Meanwhile, Rishi states that the police will come and uncover the truth.
Anushka and Neel arrive at the Oberoi house but are confronted by Rano, who warns them to leave. They comply. Malishka tries to convince Rishi that calling the police is unnecessary, but Lakshmi rebukes her. Rano enters and informs everyone that Anushka was lingering outside, but she made sure they left. Malishka pretends to cough and goes inside.
Shalu wants to confront Anushka, but Ayush stops her, leading to an argument between them. Karishma is pleased to see their conflict. Meanwhile, Malishka urges Kiran to do something to save her, and Kiran agrees.
Upset, Shalu tells Ayush that she is leaving for home and walks away without listening to him. Rano follows her and teases her, saying she is jealous. Shalu denies it and leaves. Meanwhile, Kiran hides from Rano.
Elsewhere, Balwinder regains consciousness and struggles to free himself. Meanwhile, Lakshmi and Rishi begin arguing, but Rano steps in and stops them.
Kiran calls Anushka and asks her to help Malishka, also informing her that Shalu has left for home. However, Anushka switches off her phone. She then tells Neel that since Shalu is now alone, they can remove her from their path themselves—there’s no need to help Malishka anymore.
