The episode starts with Malishka trying to slit her wrist with a knife. Kiran stops Malishka and slaps her. Kiran asks Malishka if she has gone mad. Malishka says she has gone mad. Malishka says to Kiran that she always only wanted Rishi in her life but Rishi loves Lakshmi and he only wants to be with her. Kiran says to Malishka there is nothing like that. Malishka says to Kiran that she heard Rishi saying that he loves her and he wants to be with her.
Shalu comments on Anushka and asks Anushka if she came here to steal money. Shalu calls Anushka a thief. Anushka argues with Shalu saying she is not a thief and comments on it.
Malishka says she can’t see Rishi and Lakshmi together so she wants to die. Kiran says to Malishka that no one cares if she dies beside her. Malishka asks Kiran what can she do as she can’t see Rishi and Lakshmi taking Phere around the Lohri fire. Kiran promises Malishka that Rishi and Lakshmi will not take Phere. Malishka asks Kiran what is she going to do. Kiran says to take Phere Lakshmi needs to be able to walk and says they will do something so that Lakshmi will not walk.
Anushka comments on Shalu and says to Shalu that Ayush will not fall for her tricks. Shalu asks Anushka to shut up and comments on her. Shalu says to Anushka that she is going to tell everyone about her and tries to leave from there. Anushka hits Shalu on the back of her head with a vase and she loses consciousness.
Rishi looks at Lakshmi and says to Lakshmi in his heart that he will show his love to her today infront of everyone. Kiran and Malishka spot Rishi standing beside Lakshmi. Malishka says to Kiran that if Rishi and Lakshmi take Phere then she will kill herself. Kiran asks Malishka not to speak about death infront of her. Malishka says to Kiran that she wants Rishi at any cost and says if Rishi doesn’t belong to her then she will not be able to live. Malishka leaves from there. Kiran decides to get Rishi for Malishka no matter what.
Varsha searches for Rishi’s room. Kiran comes to Malishka and says to Malishka that she got a call from Abhay and asks Malishka to attend this call. Malishka agrees and acts as if she is attending the call.
Kiran decides to put glass shards around the Lohri fire when Rishi and Lakshmi take Phere. Rishi and Lakshmi get ready to take Phere. Rano stops Kiran and asks Kiran which Pooja ki Thaal did she bring. Kiran drops Pooja ki Thaal and acts as if she cleans it and puts glass shards on the ground. Kiran says she has cleaned it and asks Lakshmi to take Phere. Lakshmi is about to step on the glass shard but Rishi calls for Lakshmi. Lakshmi asks Rishi what does he want to say.
Anushka thinks she has killed Shalu and calls for Neel to handle Shalu’s dead body.
Neel sees Varsha and hides from her. Karishma asks Varsha what is she going here. Varsha says she got lost and asks Varsha how to go to Lohri. Karishma gives her directions and sends her away. Karishma goes to bring Garimacharya. Neel follows Karishma to see who is Garimacharya.
Rishi says to Lakshmi about the importance of Lohri and says to Lakshmi that she is the light that brings him out of darkness and she is his comfort. Rishi says to Lakshmi that he loves her.
