The episode starts with the nurse giving medicine to Lakshmi and leaves from there. Lakshmi recalls that when Rishi was having a headache. She massaged him to relieve his headache. Lakshmi asks Rishi how is he feeling. Rishi says he is feeling like he is flying in air. Lakshmi asks Rishi how will he fly in air. Rishi says to Lakshmi that she can also fly in the air. Rishi also massages Lakshmi to make her feel like she is flying in air. Lakshmi misses Rishi.
Rishi decides to teach a lesson to the doctor once he gets to Lakshmi. Malishka comes to Rishi. Malishka sees Rishi tired and tries to massage him. Malishka also says to Rishi that Lakshmi has gone to the mental asylum to get treatment. Rishi says Lakshmi will never get treatment there. Malishka asks Rishi why does he think like that. Rishi says to Malishka how the doctor did not accept Rs 100 crores and tore the cheque. Rishi suspects the doctor. Malishka says to Rishi that doctor might be genuine one. Rishi comments on the doctor. Malishka says to Rishi if he feels like that then he needs to get Lakshmi out of the mental asylum. Rishi asks Malishka if she will help him. Malishka says yes.
Bani and Shalu feel helpless as they are not able to do anything to get Lakshmi out of the mental asylum. Bani says to Shalu that right now only Rishi and Ayush can get Lakshmi out of the mental asylum.
Malishka says to Rishi that he needs to maintain balance in his work and life. Malishka says to Rishi that he needs to concentrate on his work and his family. Rishi says to Malishka that his biggest priority right now is Lakshmi. Malishka gets upset with Rishi and leaves from there.
The doctor calls Malishka. Malishka lashes out at the doctor. The doctor asks Malishka to watch her tone and tries to tell Malishka about Rishi. Malishka says she already knows that he rejected Rs 100 crores. Malishka says he did the right thing by doing it if not he wouldn’t be able to enjoy it. The doctor asks Malishka what does she mean. Malishka reminds the doctor that he killed someone where he used to work before but he suppressed that matter giving a lot of money to that family. Malishka warns the doctor that if he goes against her he will end up in jail.
Lakshmi dreams of Shalu, Bani and Rishi coming to her and playing with her but later she comes out of her day dream and misses all of them.
Malishka calls Balwinder and talks to him over the phone. Malishka asks Balwinder why is he not picking up her phone. Balwinder says it is to remind her of his value to her. Malishka asks Balwinder not to act smart with her and says there are thousands of people who are better than him that she can hire.
