The episode starts with Virendra untying Ayush and Shalu’s ropes. Chit goes under the table. Virendra senses the smell and tells Ayush that the Driver leaked the gas before escaping. He asks Ayush to search for a way to escape. Shalu tries to get the chit. Virendra turns off the gas.
Neelam asks Rishi if he is fine. Rishi nods yes. The nurse tells Neelam they today Rishi needs to stay in ICU for observation. The nurse takes Rishi with her. Ayush breaks the window and they flee from there. Police come there. The inspector asks Virendra if they caught the driver. Virendra tells him how the driver escaped. The inspector and his team go to catch him. Shalu says that number might be helpful for them to catch the real culprit. Virendra says it can be a fake number too. He receives his mother’s call and gets to know Rishi comes to consciousness.
The doctor asks Nurse to not leave anywhere leaving Lakshmi. Nurse agrees. Bani comes to the ICU. She asks the nurse what happened. The nurse reveals to her how Rishi saved Lakshmi. Bani says she will stay with Lakshmi. The nurse assures her that she will take care of Lakshmi.
Neelam asks Rishi if he has to go on this condition to Lakshmi. Rishi says if he hadn’t gone to Lakshmi something would have happened to her. Virendra, Ayush, and Shalu come to the hospital. Virendra happily hugs Rishi. Dadi asks Rishi what happened to Lakshmi. Rishi reveals to them what happened. Shalu thanks Rishi for saving Lakshmi. Rishi asks Ayush to guard Lakshmi until she recovers. Ayush asks if the attacker is lady. Rishi says yes.
Kiran takes Malishka home. She asks Malishka if she really killed Lakshmi. Malishka says yes, Lakshmi’s chapter is over and Rishi gained his senses. She confidently says she will make Rishi hers.
Shalu says to Virendra that the truck driver needs to be caught. Virendra says before that the woman who tried to Lakshmi also needs to be caught.
Sonal tells Malishka and Kiran that she bribed the truck driver and managed the situation. Malishka tells Sonal that she killed Lakshmi. Sonal asks why she took the risky step. Malishka says it’s needed to set her life. Kiran receives Karishma’s call. Kiran attends the call. Karishma informs Kiran that Rishi is fine. Kiran asks how is Lakshmi. Karishma says some lady tried to kill Lakshmi but Rishi saved her. Malishka looks shocked. Kiran asks Karishma to take care and disconnects the call.
Malishka complains to Kiran and Sonal about Lakshmi always getting out of danger. Malishka says she will not miss this time. Kiran asks Malishka to stop her idiotic plans.
Rishi couldn’t sleep thinking about recent happenings. Malishka comes to the hospital. She asks Ayush and Shalu how is Lakshmi. Shalu says Lakshmi didn’t gain consciousness. Malishka goes to check Lakshmi. She sees room is empty and questions Ayush why he didn’t tell that Lakshmi gained consciousness. Ayush and Shalu question Nurse. The nurse says to Shalu that when she came out of the washroom Lakshmi isn’t here. Shalu asks the nurse if Lakshmi left after regaining consciousness. Malishka thinks she will be in trouble if Lakshmi complains to the police. Ayush enquires watchman and gets to know no one left the hospital. Ayush and Shalu look for Lakshmi.
Malishka calls Sonal and asks her to stop Lakshmi from reaching the police station. She asks Sonal to remove the threat. Sonal agrees. Malishka decides to find Lakshmi first. Virendra tells his mother that he will go and meet Lakshmi. Rishi wakes up in shock taking Lakshmi’s name. The nurse tries to stop him but he comes out. The nurse tells the higher official that Lakshmi is missing. Virendra overhears it and asks them to find Lakshmi. Virendra says he will call the police as he suspects someone kidnapped Lakshmi. The hospital head requests Virendra to give them some time to find Lakshmi. Virendra asks them to find Lakshmi quickly. Rishi overhears their conversation and learns about Lakshmi’s missing.
