The episode starts with Lakshmi saying to the goons that Rishi will definitely come here and when he comes here, he will teach them a lesson. Neel asks Lakshmi to call for Rishi hearing it.
Ayush comes to Anushka and asks Anushka to tell him if she wants to tell him something. Ayush says to Anushka that she knows there is no relationship of husband and wife in between them. Ayush asks Anushka to tell him if she wants a divorce from him. Ayush says then he will give her a divorce and says he doesn’t want her to be humiliated and comments on it. Anushka says to Ayush that if someone else knows something like this then that husband will be angry but he is completely calm. Ayush says he isn’t like other people. Anushka asks Ayush if it is because of Shalu and comments on it.
Neel dares Lakshmi to call for Rishi and asks the goons to tighten the rope. The goons tighten the rope. Lakshmi shouts for Rishi. Rishi hearing it shouts for Lakshmi. Neel and the goons hearing Rishi’s voice they go to look for him. The goons come out of the warehouse. Rishi hides from them. The goons search to see if anyone is outside. Rishi sneaks into the warehouse.
Neel asks Lakshmi to give him Shalu’s phone number. Lakshmi says to Neel that Shalu doesn’t have the money and asks Neel to tell her how much money he wants. Neel comments on it and says he hasn’t kidnapped her for petty money.
Anushka asks Ayush why is he staying silent. Ayush says he was a fool to think he can talk to her. Anushka asks Ayush why can he be so sure that she will be proveb wrong. Ayush says because he knows Shalu and she doesn’t lie. Anushka asks Ayush to not believe Shalu so much and comments on it.
Neel says if he has kidnapped Shalu then he would have gotten his money. Neel says to Lakshmi that Shalu stole the money from him as she spotted Anushka giving him money and she wanted to expose him ad Anushka’s truth. Neel asks Lakshmi to tell him Shalu’s phone number. Lakshmi says she will never tell him Shalu’s phone number. Neel hearing it comments on Lakshmi. Rishi witnesses it and thinks of how to save Lakshmi. Rishi gets caught by the goons.
Lakshmi asks Rishi how did he come here. Rishi and Lakshmi start bickering with each other right infront of the goons. Neel makes Rishi sit on the chair. Lakshmi says she also wants to sit. Neel doesn’t agree.
Vimmi comes and argues with Shalu saying she ruined Malishka’s important day. Shalu argues with Vimmi and says to Vimmi that she did this thinking about Ayush as Ayush deserves to have a wife that doesn’t deceive him. Ayush overhears this.
Neel asks Rishi if he does online banking. Rishi says yes. Neel says to Rishi that he wants money. Rishi asks Neel to leave him and Lakshmi then he will give them money. Neel says Anushka will give him money when he blackmails her. Rishi and Lakshmi ask Neel why is that. Neel says he will not tell them. Neel says he is going to kill both of them and comments on it. Lakshmi asks Rishi to save her. Rishi agrees. Neel asks Rishi and Lakshmi who of them will die first.
