The episode starts with location at Gurudaspur, Punjab, Bajwa family where Lakshmi fell down in flower basket while decorating the home and her father Manoj feels worried for her while doing the pooja. Lakshmi goes from that place saying she is fine and goes to kitchen. Preetam tells to Lakshmi dad that she is fine. Decorator person asks from where he have to keep the lighting. Lakshmi says put it at main gate because everyone have to know from far that marriage is happening at Gurudwara Prabhanda ki house. Everyone asks Lakshmi’s got help, her Dad gives her Prasad and worriedly asks if she got hurt. Lakshmi tells him slightly with smile and leave to her sister room and places coffee for her. Shalu asks how’s she looking. Lakshmi says she is looking beautiful and makes her wear ghunghat but her sister removes it saying she will wear it like Dishapatani. Lakshmi asks her to think about grooms family. Her sister says think what groom thinks seeing me. Than Chachi calls Lakhmi and she rushes with Lemon water and asks Neha to give that water to Chachi but she gets shocked seeing Neha face mask. Neha tells her it’s her face mask. Chachi says Lakshmi can never know about these masks because she is from small place unlike us. Neha says she will glow when Varun see her. Her Mom stops her. Neha says I know he is groom but I will become attraction of this marriage. Lakshmi leaves.
Lakshmi prepares laddoos with others than her Dad asks where is wedding dress. Lakshmi says Shalu is trying the dress. Her Dad asks what about makeup. Lakshmi says Neha is trying. Her Dad says they are doing their work than why you’re preparing laddoos. Lakshmi says she is doing the work for marriage. Her dad says it’s your marriage than why you want to work in the last day too. Lakshmi says it’s my last day that’s why I’m helping everyone. Her Mom asks her to ready for Haldi ceremony. Lakshmi goes to get ready.
Haldi ceremony of Lakshmi gets started. Everyone feels emotional and hugs her. Neha tries to cover her rashes with chunri but Shalu removes it and teases her. Lakshmi’s Dad tells to Dadi that everyone is helping for Lakshmi’s wedding.
Shalu calls Lakshmi saying she got call from her fiancée. Lakshmi denies but everyone asks her to talk with him. Shalu tells to groom that Lakshmi sister wants to know what she have to talk with you. Groom says he wants to listen from Lakshmi that she loves him before the marriage. Shalu says Jiju want you to tell him I love you. Neha asks why you guys didn’t propose to eachother? In Mumbai everything happens before marriage. Lakshmi goes aside to talk with Varun and he asks her to tell him love you but she leaves giving phone to her Dad.
Dadi calls Lakshmi near her and says Haldi got dried. Rani says let’s make her bath. Dadi says you’re from Mumbai that’s why you don’t about Rasam and she tells to everyone that bride sister have to get water from temple to start the bath. Rano thinks why weather is changing. Shalu gets water from temple. Weather spoils badly. Dadi asks them to not stop the Rasam because it’s inauspicious. Shalu pours the water on Lakshmi and that time she notices that some kid fell in Dam than Lakshmi rushes to save him stopping the ritual and she is able to save the kid but she is about to drown in water because of high flow but Varun saves her. Lakshmi thanks him. Varun tells her he loves her and will save her from every struggle. Lakshmi asks what’s he doing here. Varun says his Haldi is happening in near place and goes to his family.
Everyone rushes to Lakshmi. Lady thanks Lakshmi for saving her son. Everyone praises Lakshmi. Dadi says Ritual is halted and it’s inauspicious. Lakshmi Mom saves she saved one life so it’s auspicious start that’s why toofan also ended. Dadi says it’s not ended.
Manoj shows jewellery to Preetam and Rano and tells them that he is going to gift those Jewell’s to Lakshmi’s sasural. Rano asks isnt it so much. Manoj says don’t worry because remaining daughters will get the same share of jewellery. Rano asks how he get so much money to buy this jewellery. Manoj says it’s blessing of earth and luck of his daughters. Rano leaves angrily leaves. Preetam follows her. Rano says we don’t have anything in Mumbai but Manoj and his family are enjoying luxurious life. Preetam sats don’t forget that you’re reason that we left to Mumbai and my parents disowned me but brother is the one who helped me by sending money. Rano leaves saying she will get all those Jewell’s.
Everyone makes Lakshmi get ready for wedding. Manoj questions Lakshmi what she did at temple. Lakshmi says she helped kid like he helped Baljeet in the previous year and tells him that she is proud of him and he is inspiration to her. Manoj says he don’t want her to risk her life, Both hugs emotionally. Everyone leaves to venue in bus. weather changes quickly. Lakshmi and her family dances happily but their happiness changes to tension when their bus lost the way because of Toofan and struck in the cliff edge.
Manoj asks everyone to leave from back window. One by one goes out from bus but Manoj leg gets strucked. That time Manoj takes promise from his brother to take care of his daughters if something happens to him. Preetam promise to him. Lakshmi in tears removes Manoj leg and they are about to move out from bus but Manoj fell down from window and he holds the edge of bus. Everyone tries to support bus balance from outside. Manoj asks Lakshmi to leave from bus saying it’s oath in him and asks him to promise him that she will marry. Lakshmi promises him and thinks to save her Dad from outside and she asks her Mom to come with her. Her Mom stays in bus. Lakshmi goes out and she ties the rope to tree and everyone tries to drag the bus but it won’t happen and Lakshmi lost her parents when bus fell down from cliff.
Lakshmi thinks about her moments with her parents during their last rituals. Rano asks Preetam to grab the property. Preetam says Manoj kept properties in his daughters name. Rano says she will make them get the properties. Neha calls her parents saying groom family is arrived. Rano says Varun will get the property if he marries Lakshmi and she tells to her husband that she will cancel the alliance and they goes to meet Varun parents. Varun parents asks them to perform the marriage in next week to fulfill Manoj last wish. Rano insults them saying they are behind the Lakshmi’s property. Varun parents gets insulted and cancels the alliance and leave from that place even though others tries to stop them.
