The episode begins with Lakshmi walking lifelessly on the road. An old woman and her granddaughter notice her in distress. Meanwhile, Rishi and Shalu search for Lakshmi at the temple but fail to find her. Shalu accuses Rishi, asking why he came back into Lakshmi’s life like a Grahan (eclipse).
Elsewhere, Lakshmi stands at the edge of a mountain, consumed by thoughts of Rishi’s confession and his betrayal. Overwhelmed, she jumps into a cave. The little girl witnessing this shouts, “No!” in horror, while the old woman closes her eyes in disbelief.
Back at the temple, Rishi tells Shalu that all he ever wanted was Lakshmi’s happiness. Shalu retorts angrily, reminding him that Lakshmi loved him deeply, yet he shattered her heart into a million pieces. At that moment, Rishi receives a call from Malishka. She informs him that the police visited their home, claiming they found a body on Hill Road and asked them to identify it. Rishi collapses in shock upon hearing this.
Shalu notices his state and demands to know what happened. Rishi, barely able to speak, tells her about the police’s discovery. Shalu receives a call from Rano, who anxiously asks if there’s any news about Lakshmi. Struggling to hold back tears, Shalu informs her of the police’s message. Rano is left in utter shock.
Ayush overhears Shalu’s words and confronts her. He demands answers, then turns to Rishi, urging him to pull himself together. When Rishi doesn’t respond, Ayush scolds him, accusing him of breaking not just Lakshmi’s heart but also his trust. Ayush vows that if the body turns out to be Lakshmi’s, he will never forgive Rishi.
Meanwhile, Kiran calls Malishka and reveals that she told Abhay the truth about her pregnancy with Balwinder. Malishka gets furious and asks why she revealed it. Trying to divert the topic, Malishka reassures Kiran, saying everything is under control. Kiran asks if Lakshmi created any drama, to which Malishka replies with satisfaction, saying, “The police found a corpse, and I think it’s Lakshmi. If it is, our problems will be solved.” Kiran feels relieved. Before ending the call, she tells Malishka that Karishma is calling her.
Ayush consoles Shalu, assuring her that nothing will happen to Lakshmi, and takes her to the police station. Rishi, still in tears, walks away. Karishma speaks to Kiran, who shares the news about Lakshmi’s supposed suicide. Shocked, Karishma asks if it’s true. Kiran confirms it, adding that Malishka is on her way to the police station to identify the body. Karishma and Aanchal rush to inform Neelam about the situation.
At the police station, Rano, Ayush, Shalu, Malishka, and Rishi arrive to identify the corpse. Back at home, Neelam anxiously questions Karishma, who reiterates what she knows. Neelam, worried for Rishi, struggles to process the possibility of Lakshmi’s death.
At the station, the police prepare to reveal the body. Rishi, overcome with emotion, insists that it can’t be Lakshmi and tries to stop them. The constable advises him to remain strong as she uncovers the body. Everyone is left in utter shock as they see the corpse.
