The episode starts with the nurse shouting at a patient. A patient comes and shouts at Lakshmi. Two nurses talk about Lakshmi. One of the nurses says to the other nurse that Lakshmi is really courageous. Lakshmi defends herself against the mentally ill patient.
Sonal comes to Malishka and cautions Malishka saying that what she is doing right now is even bigger than murder and says if she gets caught then she will be in jail for a long time. Malishka assures Sonal that she is not involved in any of this and Balwinder is selling Lakshmi to Wilson, not her.
The doctor asks Balwinder if they will get into trouble if anyone gets caught. Balwinder says to Doctor that he needs to be courageous like him. Balwinder later mocks Rishi. Balwinder asks the doctor to show him where is Lakshmi. The doctor agrees.
Sonal says to Malishka that she is worried that Malishka might get caught. Malishka asks Sonal to relax and says she never left any kind of evidence that will connect her to Balwinder. Malishka also says to Sonal that today Lakshmi will be out of her life forever and not even Rishi can save her.
Ayush comes to the mental asylum to meet Lakshmi. Ayush argues with the security guard. Malishka sees Ayush arguing with the security guard.
It is shown Sonal says to Malishka that Ayush might come to the mental asylum to check on Lakshmi. Ayush says if he doesn’t find Lakshmi safe and sound then he might create some kind of trouble. Malishka agrees. Malishka says to Sonal that she will go to the mental asylum and clear away Ayush suspicion by showing him Lakshmi.
Malishka calls the doctor and says to the doctor that Ayush is here. Malishka says to the doctor that there is a slight change in their plan and says Ayush came to the mental asylum. Malishka asks the doctor to allow her and Ayush to meet Lakshmi. Malishka also asks the doctor to make sure Balwinder doesn’t come in front of Ayush. The doctor agrees.
Malishka comes to Ayush and asks Ayush what is he doing here. Ayush says he came here to meet Lakshmi. Malishka says he also came here to meet Lakshmi. Ayush couldn’t believe it and comments on it. Malishka asks the security guard to allow them to go and meet Lakshmi. The security guard after talking to the doctor allows Malishka and Ayush to meet Lakshmi.
The doctor puts forth a condition to Malishka and Ayush that they can meet Lakshmi but they should not talk to her. Ayush agrees.
Ayush comes and sees that Lakshmi is talking to the nurse and feels relieved. The nurse also puts up a show to Ayush acting as if she is talking to Lakshmi sweetly. Malishka oversees Lakshmi.
Neelam and Karishma worry about Rishi as they couldn’t contact him from yesterday. Neelam says to Karishma that if Rishi hasn’t gone to any meeting and says if Rishi hasn’t sent that message then Rishi might be in some kind of trouble. Malishka overhears Neelam and Karishma’s conversation. Neelam says someone might have controlled Rishi. Neelam decides to call the commissioner.
Malishka stops Neelam. Malishka assures Neelam and Karishma that Rishi will return home if he messaged that he will return. Neelam asks Malishka how does she know that Rishi messaged that he will return. Malishka says she overheard them talking. Karishma also agrees with Neelam and says they should wait. Neelam agrees.
Rishi regains consciousness and calls the press saying he had breaking news for them.
